The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. This quiet retreat is perfect for those seeking tranquility, offering a spacious and clean living environment. The convenience center in front and the fantastic café next door added convenience and charm to my stay. Highly recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

Really nice TV next to the bed. Daily cleaning! (It's not perfect, more about it later.) Room is bright and windows are huge so waking up with the sun was a thing I'll be missing. Host (company) is nice, they always reply in WhatsApp. (Not perfect too, more about it later.)

Internet is unstable. It's fast in general but with pikes of high ping. My calls were lagging when youtube video was playing on a TV. Daily cleaning is really good but it was very early at 9 AM. I even messaged the host to ask cleaners to come later and they assured they will fix it... But the next day cleaners entered my room at the same 9 AM when I was in my bed. Oh, another thing, there's no way to completely lock the door or put a sign "No cleaning" (they have an only sign "Clean the room") so I couldn't ask to not enter when I was waking up in my underwear. Location is so so. I didn't find good food stores nearby and always used a Grab taxi or delivery.

This is my 3rd time staying and furthermore i decided to extend my stay for 20 more days Trust me this is the best place for short and long term stay. Everything is just perfect and that includes fully equipped apartment with all required things including a smart TV with DIGITAL tv service to international English channels. Everything is exactly the same as in the photos. With a balcony to wash clothes including SMART RFID door locks. Everything private and clean. The staff here is really friendly and they will make sure the stay in top notch perfect Room is cleaned and made up every single day which includes daily fresh towels. They are really hard working and do ther best to keep the room clean Winmart is just 70 metres One supermarket is just outside the apartment and pharmacy is just right next to this apartment too including other coffee shops and best thing is west lake is just few metres away around 100 metrea and can take a walk everyday around.

The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Our original booking room was not good and have multiple issue, however, the staff there was very helpful and move me to a different room in a different building. They are available to help you with anything. Room was very clean and bace everything you need, a washing machine, a kitchen, a living room and a comfortable bed.

We have issue with the original room we book, which is right next to a construction building. The noise is extremely terrible, and they do not stop the whole day. The room it self is not great. It have window but right opposite other people house so it impossible to open the cutain or else everyone can see inside. Rubbish bin can not be close and when we open it, 2 flies escape to the room. However, after letting the staff know about the noise issue, they has been very accommodating and change our room. Which was nice the whole stay without any problems.

Spacious and well-equipped room. The staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and the shower is comfortable to use. The bed matrass tends to be hard, but you can arrange something by asking support at the reception desk.

The location is not very convenient for visiting the city - if this is the reason of your stay. It is also a quite noisy neighborhood.

Great place to stay. All the kitchen utensils you need, large bed, nice furniture, clothes line & washing machine, laundry liquid provided. Excellent housekeeping, regular clean towels, fresh bottles of water each day. Large fan, good air conditioning. Staff were brilliant, really polite and helped with any request.

Not much to dislike, I'm being very picky here - The walls and windows are a little thin, the lift makes a loud ringing noise when it reaches each floor, which you can easily hear throughout the day/night. You will probably take a taxi or motorbike to get into various places, as it's not super central.

The room, specifically the one in the office building, was comfortable. Although we did not use the kitchen, it was nice to have a kitchen and a dining room. The thing that we liked the most about this hotel was the the staff. The young men and women in the office were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom in the first room, building 26?, was very small. We forgot that we had to turn on the water heater each time, so we ended up taking cold shower a few times. We felt uncomfortable when we first arrived at the hotel through the small alley street. It looked creepy and unsafe. We did not dare walk through that street. Our room didn’t have any view. The first room had a view of neighbors’ backyards.

very comfortable little appartment equipped with kitchen, big fridge, washing mashine, terrace and a little seating area with sofa. large comfy bad (maybe a little bit hard). appartments located in another building than the reception, but we were able to find it. there is a small gym next to the reception more on my youtube channel Lex Universe :)

it's rather far from the center, the area around is not very easy to walk, you need a taxi to get around not many meal options nearby

This is a very new place which makes it a clean. It was very nice to have a small appartement and the facilities are really good. Also handy to have a washing machine and have the option to do our laundry. But the best thing was the staff! They were really eager to help out with everything and by texting (WhatsApp) it was easy and nice communication.

Location wise is this a little bit off center. It was hard for us to find our where to eat and for all the touristic attractions you'll need a grab or something. The bed was a little bit hard for our taste.

This is one of the best apartment as it looks exactly the same as in photos with smart card access to doors and elevators along with all amenities inside the room with super fast wifi to access smart TV too Also u get washing machine with detergent to wash clothes and dry them up there itself Vinmart is just few metres away, pharmacy is just next door and local virtnamese food nearby. One of the best thing is that staff here is very attentive and helpful, as they always make sure our stay is comfortable, also very cheerul. I highly recommend this place to all types of travellers.
