Room is spacious. Kids enjoy the bathtub. easy to find foods, entertainment for kids, parking available for free with good security. Kids below 5 years having breakfast for free. Although breakfast time is until 10am, the kitchen staff still allow us to sit to finish our foods because we come down for breakfast 15 mins before its close.

reception counter doesn't seem happy to entertain me, but it is okay as long as I can check in to my room directly without problem. everything in the room was satisfied nothing to complain about.

The accommodation, locations and staff were really good.

The are two areas that they may need to pay more attention for it to be 5 stars type of hotel in miri. 1. During weekend, there are a lot of guests coming from Brunei. It would be wise to roster more staff during this period of time. Because of long check-in time. 2. Its for the hotel's own benefit if they were able to do some thorough carpet and upholstery deep cleaning to remove the smell of mouldiness in the room (if they do not have the budget and time to fully refurbish) Overall, this hotel is almost the best in locations, sizes of rooms, pricing, great hospitality...

From reception to housekeeping, the staff are courteous, friendly & helpful. Keep up the great work. Facilities are up to expectations. Breakfast spread is marvelous! I thought it was a lunch buffet!

I have no complaints. It's the second time I stayed at the Imperial hotel establishment this year (2022), both at old and new wings, but I still prefer the old wing. Much easier access, I think. But I have nothing against the new wing. They're OK too. If there's something, though, I did tick on the form to receive newspaper for my apartment unit, but there was none throughout my stay here. Still, I will still choose Imperial for my future stays in Miri, definitely!

The staff very friendly, asking for an upgrade and it made it so easy and convenience.

The first room i got, the aircond was not cold. Leave it for 2-3 hours still not cold. Good thing the receptionist gave us a new room and asking for an upgrade was easy too. (Well ofcourse extra charges from 2 bedroom to 3 bedroom apartment) but very polite and friendly receptionist.

1. Apartment was spacious, 2. Location is close to shopping malls, if anyone was tired they can just stay in and the rest of us can go out. 3. Breakfast was affordable with a wide selection of food and it starts early too!

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment so there was only one bathroom to share among us.

Good location, a mall directly across, had a very reasonable currency exchange shop in the mall, breakfast buffet was amazing with an incredible selection of foods.

Our room 8011 was way too good for us couple with young kid. However all sockets were not in good condition. Its very unfortunate for us since we need to reboil the keetle every feeding time. Not worth staying if the facilities cannot be used.

Shops around and malls very convenient. Near to my daily meeting place. Breakfast machine coffee was good.

1. Location - exactly one building with shopping centre. Connected with Permaisuri Mall. 2. Good customer service - efficient service from the receptionist to person in-charge of fixing the bulb. All are helpful and available whenever needed.
