Breakfast was pretty good. The location was easy to find and had easy access to the places I wanted to go. Hallways were very clean. My room was very comfortable.

I would have liked to have my bed made and garbage emptied, even on the days they didn't change the linens and towels. I don't mind reusing towels and sleeping in the same sheets, but garbage could have been dumped daily. Also, there was something on the floor under the other bed, and it was moved when they vacuumed, but it wasn't removed.

I didn't like the receptionist being unpleasant and rudely towards me, propping my broken foot on a pillow in a chair while trying to eat breakfast. Her name was Valerie, and the way she approached me and said it just like this with a snarl in her voice and facial reaction." Uh, can you not use that pillow like that?" 😳 😒 What happens to please and thank you.. yea Saturday morning. As a professional smoking in sight of customers and chit chatting on her cell phone. We as customers should be her #1 priority but apparently we are not.. but other than her, the other staff members were awesome..

I booked this hotel on line, but when I tried to check in they could not find a reservation. They recommended I wait about 30 minutes to see if it would show up. It didn't so they checked me in at the same rate boookin.com offered. I paid with my credit card. Then I checked out two days later they still had not communicatins for you. I trust you will not bill me since I have already paid at the desk at LaQuinta. Lee Lyon

beds were hard, so was the pillow.

The location was great. We loved the proximity to both the OU stadium, as well as shops and food options. The ihop next door was amazing as well and within walking distance. The property was well lit at night and seemed to be in a good area.

The beds were just full size, and weren’t super comfortable but since we stayed just one night it was fine. The bathroom door did not lock.

Checking in and out was easy. The text messages were convenient.

There was no caffeinated coffee in the room. Breakfast would have been better with fruit, or fruit juice. And some sort of meat (sausage or bacon or ham).

Worried about area, no issue. Food, shopping, ease of access to Interstate with major construction. no issues. Excellent staff. Breakfast far better than most than I have recently experienced. COST. Last minute booking for a difficult companion and myself. I rocked it! Thank you, La Quinta

Location was great, staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable.

The only thing 2 we didn’t like was that the AC unit kept turning on every 2 minutes and it was very loud, it kept waking me up. And the water stopper in the bathtub wouldn’t stay open, I had to prop it open by sticking one of the little shampoo bottles to keep it open.

We stayed three nights and only received clean towels on the 3rd night. One person told us that after two nights you got fresh sheets. We came back late on the third day and our room still had not been made up or cleaned. We were out of towels, soap, trash bags and coffee. They said you had to throw your towels in the hall to get fresh ones. The hotel was very clean and nice but this was a real turn off because nothing was written or posted anywhere that told the conditions of staying more than one night.

Breakfast was fair. No hot coffee on 3rd morning. No housekeeping on 3rd day.

The eggs at breakfast were not great. Their hot water suddenly wasn’t working and had to take a cold shower. Other than that, it was clean, comfy, the staff was super great and friendly.

The location is perfect for me while visiting family in the area. I liked this room better than the one I had on my last stay - doors in the hallway closed more quietly and the wifi worked better on 1st floor.

Allow luggage drop - meaning I check out in the morning, and I can come back in the afternoon to pick up my luggage on the way to the airport. I was surprised the hotel didn't offer this, and I was even more surprised when the desk clerk said she had never heard of it.
