The location was very good and close to my appointment. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The aircon and hot shower worked great. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The building was safe and secure and the front desk was manned 24/7. The price was very reasonable and the facility was new. Thanks for a great stay.

It's a budget hotel so you can't expect a lot so not a complaint but just for information. The room is small and there are only a couple of channels so bring a book or download some movies on your phone beforehand

No breakfast served despite paying that huge some of money.

The money was quite much ,had to pay extra 12%VAT that I was told was excluded which was out of my budget . Can I please get an online receipt for money paid please .

The air condidion was right above the bed, and when you turned it on, it was blowing directly onto your head. You should relocate the bed. Everything else, really good.

Very good staff. Really nice and dedicated. They help with everything, not even what is related to the hotel, they are available for everything consecutively and immediately. The staff always puts what you ask for in the fridge and heats it up in the microwave. Get the best service in the world all the time

Mattress is not the worst but I was not comfortable

I wish they included the additional charges in the total payment right from the start and not during check-in. Especially since they only accept cash. Fortunately the additional fee was only a small amount but I would've preferred to be informed early on. Other than that, I enjoyed my short stay. I will definitely book again in the future and will recommend this to friends and family.

Friendly and helpful Staff.There are many eateries around the hotel.I was feeling comfortable during my stay.I even extended for 3 nights more.6 mins.walk to Hypermarket Supermarket,10 mins.walk to the fitness center which is I love the most.They don't provide toothbrush and toothpaste but an issue for me.

Location was near my place. Staff are accommodating and helpful. Minimal sounds were heard from adjacent rooms. Clean sheets, towels. Comfortable bed. Heater is working. Extra amenities like electric water kettle are also available. Exhaust window from the bathroom goes to the hallway.

Towel is not new. Parang may brown/black stains but smells nice naman. Bathroom is medyo mini haha pero okay lang smells nice din.

The staffs are so polite, and understanding. Also, I feel safe staying in this place and its convenient. Finally, it is worth my budget especially for those looking for a short stay and traveling to manila for business purposes.

The shower is so small that I bump my elbow or arms to the walls and the heater is so high to reach, mind you I'm a small person, and still I can,t fit in the shower; hoping it'll be improved. Wifi is also unstable.

What I like about this property of course is always the Service. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. My Room was clean. I was so tired from graveyard shift work and I had errands to do in Makati. I have a very comf’table nap & sleep. I love their Pillows too! ❤️I really wish I can stay there one more time before I leave the country again. Thank you OYO 856! Nothing much to be honest. But I do hope that they soon offer Breakfast or a lil pantry to grab a coffee or snacks. That wud be nice! ☺️Oh btw, we encountered a short Blackout wen I just checked in.
