Everything was perfect during our stay at 15 Basil Street and a huge thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and welcoming. We stayed at the three bed apartment and it was spectacular! Wouldn’t have changed anything during this trip and it got better with us being at 15 Basil Street !

Our stay at 15 Basil Street was exceptional from start to finish. The location near Harrods was perfect, and the apartment was spotless with daily cleaning. We appreciated the early check-in, late check-out, and thoughtful touches like complimentary bread, jam, juice, and water. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. They even surprised us with beautiful flowers for our upcoming graduation. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch service and comfort in a prime location

The 1 bedroom apartment was exceptional for our family of 3. The kitchen had unexpected treats: coffee, tea, nespresso, bread loaf with honey, marmalade and strawberry; refrigerator with OJ small milk and butter. The daily housekeeping was an unexpected bonus. The location could not have been better! Quiet at night and very safe. Proximity to many places was superb: with Harrods a half block away, three wonderful museums just over a half mile and the massive Hyde Park only blocks away. Ana, the Operations Asst Manager greeted us at their reception desk and we were fortunate to access our apartment at our early arrival.

There were no facilities such as gym room or bar but that is expected if booking an apartment.

The property was just as pictured. The location was good with metro stop about 1 min away, but it was walkable to most sites. The staff was extremely helpful and always available by text message whenever needed. When we arrived, they supplied a small amount of breakfast essentials such as bread, jams, milk and orange juice. The space was spacious and perfect for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We had daily cleaning service included. We would definitely stay again if we are in London!

The washer and dryer circuit kept on cutting out so it was hard to use the dyer since it would have to be reset daily. The staff really attempted to fix it, but was unable to within our stay.

The entire experience was excellent. We travelled with grandparents and a baby. Ana, Sara and team made everything so smooth. After we booked, they reached out to ask if they needed to make special accommodations for our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly, check in was smooth, and they helped with our bags. The apartment was immaculately clean and with sophisticated decor. They provided a cot, high chair and even a diaper pail for the baby. Kindly, they had already stocked the kitchen with juice, bread, and milk for us. During our stay, they were so responsive if we needed anything and we were very comfortable the entire time. The location is excellent, safe and around the corner from Hyde Park, Knightsbridge underground station, Harrods, grocery stores, pharmacy, and loads of other high end stored. My whole family is so grateful to have found 15 Basil St.

The location is right next to Harrods and abundant of nice restaurants. Super convenient for people who love shopping and eating. The apartment is very new, modern, tastefully decorated and sufficiently equipped. Milk, bread, orange juice were provided on the first day we arrive. Detergent, washing liquid, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar are also provided. Very thoughtful. The pictures are true reflection of the real condition. The stuff are all friendly and helpful. Sara especially is super responsive.

Nothing. I am coming back again. If the wifi can be a bit faster, it would be even better (during night, it is perfectly fine to watch videos using computer / mobile but in the morning it can get stuck at times)

Hosts were extremely kind and attentive, always willing to offer tips and guidance. Always available via WhatsApp. Perfect location steps from Harrod's, which was a saving grace for picking up food after a long day of touring. Wonderful coffee shops like Carpo and EL&N steps away from apartment. Grocery also within walking distance. Apartment was exceptionally clean - so much so that I felt comfortable (and looked forward to) taking a bath most nights after lots of walking. Beds and sheets were luxurious. Perfect space for our family of five. Sofa bed was perfect for our 10 year old son, probably wouldn't be comfortable for an adult. We were sad to leave this lovely property!

Everything was perfect. They reached out to us prior to arrival to coordinate timing. They were so kind and easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and absolutely loved it. This apartment was not missing a thing. Hotel luxury with home-like comfort. We are a family of 5 ( 3 kids) and we plan on revisiting. The day of departure we were notified that our flight was canceled and luckily they were able to provide us with a different apartment for that night. It was smaller but it still fit us comfortably. We were so grateful that they even helped us in such a pinch of time. The location was also exceptional, just a few steps to Harrods, a nice lively walkable area with food and cafes around. This was our first trip to London but most definitely will not be our last and I would absolutely want to stay at the same place when I return.

Literally nothing could have been better! The place was exactly as pictured online and had everything we wanted and more. No one in my family had any complaints.
