Amazing facilities. Large hotel and bustling even in December. Great location facing the sea. Nice rooms with large bathrooms with bath and shower making it perfect for families.

Lack of food options when you arrive in the evening. The only option was a sit down restaurant and at 32€ per head it seemed very expensive when we just needed something simple for our tired 3 year old. Even the reception team said it was expensive and recommended we give it a miss. However there was NOTHING else nearby that was open. Had to drive to the nearest McDonalds which was not pleasant. We used this hotel as a stop over point on our way to Port Adventura and for that purpose it was ideal. The underground parking garage is very tight and 13€ per night.

I like the situation of the hotel - just in front of the sea

The breakfast was one and the same all the time. The variety of the the food was very limited - only eggs, two types of sausages and beckon. But the great disadvantage of the hotel is the poor quality of Wi-Fi. I have to go near the reception to be able to connect to Internet. The other think that I didn't like was the noise of the shows which started around seven o'clock in the evening and finished at 12 p.m. The music is too loud and is heard very loudly in the rooms facing the pool

We had a great deal to stay there for a night. The weather was crap because of the big storm over the country so we couldn't really enjoy the facilities but for our needs the room was nice and comfortable. We paid 13€ for a parking spot in the garage and could charge our car for 0.3€/ kWh, which was appreciated. Breakfast included was average but again we stayed for one night only so for us it was good enough. There are a few amenities available for kids. The hotel is right by the beach.

The location. You need to take the car wherever you go as there is nothing around. Sure you can stay there on full board but the buffet restaurant is not so pleasant (set-up, atmosphere) and the food is really average.

This was a great stop off point for us when driving from Almeria area to France. The hotel is right on the beach so we could take an evening stroll when we arrived. The reception was very good from the car park concierge to the reception staff. They spoke good English. The room was spotlessly clean and very large as was the bathroom. The evening meal was excellent with lots of choices and plenty of fresh salads and fish cooked on the plancha. The house wine was delicious and good value. We slept really well in the huge beds. The shower power was excellent with loads of hot water! We would definitely stay there again.

We loved everything about this hotel. Amazing facilities.. The room was so stunning with the beach right out our window. This hotel has everything you would need. So clean, staff were very nice and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious!

I thought the pool was included with our stay. The outdoor pool was closed due to out of season which is obviously understanding.. But the indoor pool you need to book in and pay extra with the spa which is a little disappointing.. But it didn't ruin our holiday.. We had an amazing time here!

We stayed for one night, so I can’t fully appreciate it. What I liked: a large room, a huge bed, the hotel was once even chic; quick check-in and checkout. Underground paid parking, we have a large car and the staff themselves offered a large convenient place. Professional staff

Food. We ordered breakfast/dinner. You won’t stay hungry, but the quality of the buffet☹️

Kids Club and the people working there. People at Reception were friendly and willing to help Restaurant the first 3 days was very good although not so when changed to another restaurant

Over Easter, the first 3 days were excellent and great value as a 4* hotel. From Monday --> Wednesday after Easter, as the amount of people decreased, the service at the restaurant became quite poor. From a night when we had oysters available and Ham being cut in the morning as well as fruit prepared, we moved to another restaurant which was not well laid out (toaster not next to the bread, microwave away from the milk...) and food decreased in quality substantially. A very basic 3* hotel when it came to the food part

the room was clean and spacious with seaview. We had two spacious, comfy beds.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and some tea and instant coffee to be able to make coffee or tea and not to wait until breakfast which started late at 9:30.

The room was really nice and big, we got two queen size beds for two of us. The hotel is right on the beach and you can easily go out and have a nice walk. Breakfast was plenty and really tasty. Once when you get hang of all the elevators in the huge building it is so easy to navigate everywhere

It's quite a huge hotel so I can imagine it can be noisy in the season.

Daily cleaning, excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner (we got 1 liter water for lunch and dinner too), very good location.

no English knowledge, reach the hotel by public transport was horrible, bed was no comfy
