The Check-in went great, Ashley was Phenomenal! She went over and beyond, to address my issues, She was so pleasant and Professional, Very hard worker, I even seen her the next morning, cooking breakfast with a smile... The heater worked good in my room Bathroom and Bed was clean. Great job Folks!!!

I didn't see a Microwave in the dining to warm Food? I didn't want to go back to room? Other than that I was a happy Camper.

On my trip (back and forth) between Los Angeles and Los Alamos, NM, this was by far the nicest room on the trip, even topping some "suites" in Flagstaff. Beautifully appointed room and terrific staff.

Blythe, CA itself made me a little sad. It has all of the expected markets, casual restaurants, conveniences. but much of the city is tumbledown or abandoned buildings. I can't tell if it is rebuilding or deteriorating. Still, I found what I needed, and I felt secure.

I liked the level of cleanliness of the room.

The pillows. These may be better. I looked for water in the dining area but couldn't find it. It is important to make water available to the client.

Loved the Experience! We arrived late and were immeadiately welcomed by Patricia Gonzales at the front desk -amazing experience! She was warm and welcoming especailly after a long drive- very professional! Feel like we left with a new friend!

Clean and cared for.

Breakfast was good in that it was free but the choices were a bit sparse. No English muffin or plain bagel.

Great location. The staff was very friendly. Overall cleanliness of property was very good. Great stay. We would stay again.

Good hotel and location convenient too, as I had to gas up and visit the mini marts nearby. Hotel is near freeway, but angled sideways so that road noise from trucks and cars is very low. Room was comfortable and I slept well.

Pool needed servicing, which was being done while I was there (closed due to green scum water).

Even though it was on a one way street, it was very easy to get to. In walking distance I could get food to eat.

The smell of smoke. I had a non smoking room. I could smell smoke gust to get to my room and when I entered my room so did the smoke. I would put the smokers on the second floor. A non smoker shouldn't have to pass by a smoke room.

recently updated including floors , bath fixtures, linens, drapes. Very nice

Breakfast wasnt served. I liked how easy it was to book.

They did have a barrier between the reception desk and myself. When I went to check in the person was not wearing a mask. Mind you it was practically midnight, but still possible. When I checked out a different attendant was wearing her mask.
