Lovely location, staff very welcoming and offering help to my disabled mother. Breakfast was good choice though slightly expensive. Meal in the restaurant was good. Room on ground floor with door out to small seating area with hedged grass border. If you did not have your room made up in return, you got a free bottle of water. Very pet friendly, blankets, bowls and treats left for dogs to use.

Virtually no outside parking so had to use garage nearly all of stay so need to budget for the extra cost's, through the door to excess the hotel, lift and stairs. Could do with a disabled bay in garage as parking bays were tight.

The apartment was very clean and with good equipment. 24 hrs availability of stuff. The location is great. The free parking

The window blinds were broken in the bedroom. And the stuff wasn’t able to fix it. They didn’t show any priority to have it fix. The key cards for the room wasn’t working ever other day. So we need to go down every night again for new key cards.

We were visiting from the US to see old friends in Ahrensburg. The location proximity to the train station, their house, and the nearby castle were outstanding! It was also very convenient to walk into the town center to access, shops, and restaurants. The accommodations were very comfortable. We were very pleased that they had oat milk available for morning coffee to accompany an excellent breakfast as my wife has dairy issues. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Fitness room and sauna were being remodeled and not available.

Stayed at this hotel for one night as we were unable to find space in Hamburg proper. Having tried it I would love to come again for a proper visit, as we only saw the beautiful castle nearby on our way out. Room was quite comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of choices.

We got the impression from the hotel's website that breakfast was included for all rooms, but it turns out we had to pay extra. Checking in took quite some time as the receptionist was keeping our keys in a pile with a bunch of others and we had to help him sort them out.

The rooms were good sized and the bed was perfect. I enjoyed a great solid sleep at this hotel, not something to be taken for granted. The breakfast buffet is fantastic! The location is perfect with nearby amenities and train station within walking distance one one side and schloss Ahrensburg and miles of beautiful hiking trails on the other.

i have stayed many times over the past two years each time in a different room the rooms are bright and cheerful comfortable and well maintained the breakfast is one of the best I have ever had always well presented and delicious The restaurant is special within a beautiful surroundings a must stay if you are in Ahrensburg

The apartment was a pleasant surprise with a lot of space and good room planning.

The checkin was a bit annoying. I arrived and even if the personnel was present, I was asked to do a digital check in. The tablet where I added my details was very small and the keyboard covered most of the screen when I was typing.

Good location for walking into Ahrensburg city. The hotel is very nicely decorated , we felt like being in a ski resort place. Lovely to get a free coffee or tea in the morning at the reception!! Most of the hotel team are very friendly.

The light in the bathroom was broken (worked one out of 2 lights only), as a result - pretty dark No curtains, every morning i was awake with sunrise, which is early. On my luck i had a sleeping mask (window blinds don't cover all the size of windows). That wasn’t my very first stay here, previous time i remember my room was better

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ladies on the reception did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Room was, as expected big. I was alone but I had a room for 3-4 people. Breakfast was ok, not sure that it was 15€ worth but still fine. Pancake mashine made everything better. :-)))
