We've stayed here before, so are aware that there is no bar/restaurant however the Hampton hotel down the road where we usually eat is currently closed to the public, so you have to get a taxi into Exeter city centre if you want something to eat Would have been useful to know this before hand.

Easy to find, helpful staff welcome, easy to find/enter room, clean and tidy/nicely furnished. Very handy for the airport the next day. Good wifi.

Rather noisy - hadn't realised the A30 was as close or loud and the glazing didn't really cope with it so not the best night's sleep as had no earplugs and none provided - a simple thing to put in the rooms as the noise must be a known issue. Would have appreciated standard mini toiletries as not everyone travels with any as I didn't this time for a less than 24 hr trip. The towels were oddly crisp - over starched maybe and quite rough! Shower control rather stiff.

We needed to travel to catch an early morning flight. The locality next to the airport was excellent and we easily managed to walk there in plenty of time for our flight despite the fact that my husband is severely sight impaired and we both have some difficulty walking. The room was very clean and adequate and comfortable for a one night stay. Self checking in was straightforward. Adequate tea and coffee facilities and we sent out for an excellent fish and chip supper from Greendale farm shop.

We are both over 70, and had difficulty hauling our heavy cases upstairs.

The convenience of location couldn't be better. Proximity to Exeter Airport was terrific and to have an airport parking facility attached was great. It was tastefully decorated inside. The lady that met us when we arrived to park (prior to boarding ourplane) was friendly and when we had to phone in the early hours after landing back in the UK due to lost message containing key box code, the (same?) lady I spoke to was helpful and understanding.

The outside appeal is somewhat lacking, but dont let that put you off.

Very conforable, warm as we walked in. Very cosy bed lovely. Teas coffee and biscuit. Will book again.

My husband passed away and did not realise a second booking was made until payment was taken. It was made for same night I was staying already, I tried for refund but not forthcoming from owners. When my sister and I arrived needed to get in touch not received code, it came very quickly but no code for other booking whitch I did not know about at time.

Excellent location for the airport just a 5 min walk, especially when you have an early check in 04.40am. Comfy bed & lovely white cotton bedding. Central heating made the large room nice & cosy. Super clean, large comfy sofa in room 3. Loved it. A mirror parallel to the bed would be good when wanting to blow dry your hair, as the only mirror is in the bathroom.. There isn't anywhere to purchase food nearby but no worries we took a picnic. 🍾🥂🧀🥮😊

Excellent location for the airport and parking on site. Made life very easy with 3 small children. We were lucky enough to be on the ground floor as we had 4 suitcases, one of which was quite heavy. Our family of 5 was split over two rooms but these were conveniently opposite each other which I was grateful for. Easy access to our rooms via key box outside. Unfortunately, housekeeping hadn't made up the extra bed on our arrival but a quick phone call to the owner and he was on site in minutes and very kindly made up the bed for us and very apologetic. Tea/Coffee and biscuits in the room which were welcomed especially the biscuits for the children. Owner was waiting for us on our return with car keys in hand for a quick exit and on our way. Overall, very pleased with our rooms, and excellent service provided. Email communications were also very helpful. We will definitely use again and in fact are booked in again for later in the year.

There was nothing I didn't like, however, maybe a couple of extra toiletries would be helpful. Especially as most guests are using the accommodation for the airport and are likely to have everything packed and locked in suitcases. However, after opening a couple of cases we soon found what we needed, so no major crisis - (Just a small suggestion). Also the front door to the property was a little tricky to get latched (close from the inside) in order to stop unauthorised entry into the building and I think was open when we arrived?

Very close to Exeter airport which is what we waited for our early morning flight. Got the airport bus 4A from st David’s train station in Exeter. Good communication from host re entry details. Massive jacuzzi bath but didn’t get time to use it. Very clean. Plenty of tea and coffee.

It’s dated but clean. Water was so hot in shower and couldn’t get it turned down so ended up using bath taps and washing in bath.

Very comfortable, beautiful room with all the amenities one could wish for, very clean, it was easy to retrieve the key with a code, great bed, coudl have stayed more nights if it had been necessary. Excellent location.

I could not find it at first, because nowhere it says the name of the guesthouse outside, no sign, nothing, only the car park was named. I guessed it was the hotel because I saw the safeboxes for the keys, and assumed it was my hotel. But had I googled it better before, I could have found it more easily, I guess.

Lovely big room . Great location to the car park and airport . Very clean . Deceivingly comfy bed . Felt very relaxed in the room .

No shower curtain . The water went everywhere . I had to mop the floor up with the towels so I didn't get my trousers wet when using the toilet . No toiletries bar a small bar of soap? There should be shampoo as a minimum . Towels were hard and stiff. Mind u , you dried quicker with them ! Television on the wall didn't work so another was placed underneath it standing on a bath mat. As there was a (stained) sofa bed at the end of the bed ,you could only see half the TV from the bed . Needs new pillows , or needs three pillows per person as these were paper thin
