It was super comfortable, the bed felt great, good sized bathroom for the price, very accesible

Some dishes in the breakfast were lacking flavour, like just a liiiittle salt could have done wonders, but around 75% of the breakfast selection was pretty good

Breakfast flavor was a bit on the mid-bad side. Honestly food felt tasteless to me but it did the job to keep me well fed and it didn't have any regretable aftermath

Besides what's mentioned above I have no other complaint about the hotel

I believe the service and food quality were over my spectations. The location had a nice view to the outside .

Housekeeping service, I had to call and let t hem, know that room was ready for cleaning.

The staff were excellent. The location is great! The breakfast was muy rico!!

I was told I will be given a room with a view of the Popo volcano, but there wasn’t any. Rooms are quite small but maybe that’s standard size.

Very nice place! The parking guy went out of his way to find us a parking (pickup truck and trailer).The restaurant staff are very nice and helpful. It’s a pet friendly place too.

Comfortable hotel and a very good price

The rooms can do with some renovation they are a bit dated. Especially the air conditioning is very old and noisy.

Everything is sparkling clean, I have been visiting Puebla and even with the pandemic the cleaning standards are superb, every single day they clean the room and bathroom ( what an amazing way to prevent any kind of illnesses)… employees have a great costumer service and they are really happy to greed you every time they see you! It has a premier location to several retail stores by walking distance… incredible place

The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel wasn’t far from the freeway, so convenient. Bed was comfortable and good towels. Our dog is in the 15 kg. range, the fee 695 pesos, which I thought was quite high but appreciated it being dog friendly. The breakfast was good, hot and varied (not included). I would certainly stay again.

There was nothing we did not like.

Friendly and attentive staff, clean/spacious room and covid-sensitive precautions everywhere you look. Plus we weren't asked to pay for parking when we checkout out-- though that wasn't expained when we checked in, they should definitely tell customers the parking will be paid for you.

The bathtub leaked water rather than holding it in. Part of why we'd select an international or American brand hotel in Mexico-- and pay a premium over a standard Mexican posada or motel-- is for a bathtub (rare in Mexico). So the fact that it didn't hold water was a little irritating.
