Great value for money. Rooms are big and comfortable, with actual desks you can use to do some remote working. I stayed in Brasilia for a month, also tried another hotel in the area, B Hotel, which was much more expensive but worse in almost every way. Breakfast is very decent you can even have custom made tapiocas or omeletes. You have choice of multiple swimming pools in the different buildings that comprise the whole Brazil 21 complex.

Free internet is almost unusable, and the paid one should be better given they charge extra for it.

Really luxurious. Enormous room, vast comfortable bed, opening windows, view, wonderful breakfast, the whole vibe. The gym is hotel access to a very complete health club, which was superb. Friendly, super-helpful staff. Excellent value for money

Nothing. The pool on the roof is not quite as big as the pictures would suggest and was closed on one of our days there, but that is not a complaint, just a comment

The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The gym is excellent. It is clean and safe and well located for meetings with government.

The rooms are dated and have nowhere for sitting other than the desk. The bathroom is bare with not even facial tissue and the toilet barely flushed. Soap and coffee were never refreshed. It’s one of the better hotels in Brasilia but that’s really not saying much and it charges very high rates for what you get.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was super nice. The hotel has a Whatsapp number where you can text any questions, it is super handy and they are very prompt to respond. Breakfast was super delicious and so was the dinner we had at the hotel. Our room got upgraded a few hours before our checkout at 11pm as the water pipe broke on our floor. The hotel staff was very sorry and handled it very well.

The hotel was incredible. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very polite. Valet parking is available at some price and it was really helpful. Location is very strategic, close to almost everything we wanted to see.

The swimming pool area could be a little bit better, more equiped. There could be more options of food and beverages at the mini bar.

The hotel amenities are great, the parking space it’s comfortable, the location it’s great. There are all kind of restaurants nearby at walking distance.

Everything was fine except the business center, the computer available for guests usage are just to slow, not maintained at all. I tried to print a document and it was impossible.

Their payment procedure is standard and hopelessly unacceptable. They charged my credit card at check in, for the full amount of my stay. They charged my credit card again at check out, for the full amount of my stay. They credited the amount they charged me at check in and told me it will take 1 month before the money is back in my account! Would you accept that?

Spacious rooms with a big king size bed. Great breakfast with lots of choice specially healthy options. Staff is very friendly and helpful in all ways possible.
