The room layout and design of the corner room was great. It was different to your usual hotel room so was a nice change. Interior design of hotel nice and fun. Good location of power points next to each side of bed. Big comfy bed and big windows for natural light. Room had a kitchenette that would have been handy if we were there longer than 1 night. Good air-conditioning and fan. Friendly staff and accommodating when we asked for early check-in.

The lack of closet space. We were only there 1 night, so it was fine, but would be annoying if we were there longer. Shower had no door so water would go out into rest of bathroom and make it all wet. Fridge not cold. Bathtub nice and big but it would be much better if large window next to it was frosted so natural light can come through. The sheer curtains still see through we think so didn't feel comfy using bath without the block out curtains. View not great, but I don't think there would be many places in Ho Chi Minh that would.

A little further away from being at the heart of all of the action meant a 1-2km walk to everywhere. However, this proved to be a good decision. As HCMC is full on, noisy with lots of hustle and bustle, a quiet location suited us. The suite itself was lovely, fresh and modern with a great city view. The kitchenette and second bunk bedroom were a welcome addition. Reception staff were helpful after a series of delayed flights pushed our check in until after midnight they were helpful in liaising with our driver. Left luggage (free of charge) was great on our last day and again, staff were helpful in calling taxis throughout our stay. A very comfortable suite in a peaceful location.

No complaints. Kitchenette would benefit from a few additions such as additional glasses, some dinner plates and a sharp knife. Saying that, given the cost of eating out, you’re unlikely to need much in terms of cooking equipment. Adequate for organising breakfast and snacks.

The ambience of the room, with its Scandinavian timber finish and subtle lighting. The hotel was well located, especially for restaurants, and was very near the central gardens. Main attractions like the Opera House, Notre Dame and Eiffel's Post Office were just a short walk away. The staff was very pleasant and obliging, checking each day to see if we had enough water or fresh towels.

Some streaming services for the TV would have been appreciated. As has been commented on in other reviews, the unusual drainage system in the shower/toilet area is problematic. If a person has a shower, then the toilet floor is wet for quite a while.

The room was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The whole building is a wonderful retreat from a busy city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept our bags for us after check out while we went to the museum, and we were able to shower after in the gym which was fabulous.

We booked in massages and they were probably the worst we've had in Vietnam unfortunately. Disappointed as the massage and spa rooms looked beautiful so we're looking forward to it. But when we told the staff they gave us a discount which was good. The restaurant downstairs is very quiet, perhaps they should give better discounts to hotel guests or include breakfast with the room to make it busier. Also the water pressure in the bathroom wasn't fantastic.

very modern and clean, great view and very comfy bed staff is very attentive and welcoming with outstanding service Spa was very professional, very kind and talented massage therapists food is good, breakfast as well although as mentioned elsewhere this could be further improved still, but it’s certainly not bad

unfortunately the walls are very thin and i could follow my neighbors’ conversation easily, heard them walking, using the coat hangers, etc. Without earplugs it would have been difficult to sleep. This is not the staff’s fault, but it’s a shame that an otherwise amazing experience is slightly tainted by something like this. Especially because the room’s are otherwise very well equipped and designed, except for those thin walls.

they have diversity in customers. the staff are amazing. they would give you the best quickest answers to anything you need or have questions about. the process in and out is fast and easy. everyone is professional and friendly, from front desk to cleaner ladies and maintain guys. we felt welcome and comfortable. their restaurant is very convenient and valuable, worth what you pay and has great breakfast!

it needs a better lighting system inside the room. we had a gorgeous room by day since it’s an open space corner room. but once it gets dark around 6pm, there’s not much light to work with even in the bathroom. getting my makeup done was a bit rough.

the design very cute clean location is awesome and in a walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Room was comfortable and nice. A bit dim but not a major issue. Location being not in center of district 1 was perfect for us. Only thing is there is a primary school across the street so can be busier during drop off/pick up hours. You also get a complimentary service so make sure to book! We did not have time to make use of this benefit or even see the sauna/fitness center.

Shower style, like some other reviewers mentioned, was not my favorite but not the end of the world. It did reult in more of the bathroom floor getting wet. Elevator touch button is not my favourite but passable.

We loved our stay here. Tucked on a side street away from all traffic. We had a corner room so the space and brightness was amazing. The decor reminded me of minimal European. Very tasteful. Breakfast was very nice and there is a space to eat outside in front of the hotel that was great... also nice for an afternoon glass of wine! Location was perfect. We were able to walk to many things including the Market and the main downtown area. Just down the street is an amazing Vegetarian Restaurant we just happened to find. Highly recommend even if you are not vegetarian! Loved our stay.
