was able to extend our stay without any issue. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It felt great supporting a place where family is always hard working, positive, family centered, kind,respectful and proud of their establishment Learned great "make it work" skills during our unplanned 2.5 week stay but we were able to relax, go about life, and sleep well.

no complaints. Rustic in a small New England town... it was as should be expected.

We were visiting our college student at PSU. This was very close and convenient for that purpose. We had stayed in one of the small hotel rooms before so, we were somewhat prepared for what we would get. The room was clean. It had a bathroom, kitchen and little porch. The porch was a bit rough but a lovely way to enjoy a hot evening without bugs. Breakfast consists of old clumpy cereal and bagels. All in all. This is adequate for our needs.

The cottage over all has potential. It didn’t seem well unkept. The porch had several layers of peeling paint and some clear rot issues. The shore head was so low I had to squat to wash under it. The kitchen seemed like it was well equipped but, there were no dishes, silverware, cups, mugs ect. Every cabinet was empty except for the ones that had old switch plates and screws in them? The place was clean and that’s what was important! Overall ide say it needs some serious TLC. Not much bang for the buck!!

The property has new owners and they are giving the place the attention that it needs.New siding going up on the cabins,property is clean and very sufficient for my needs.I wish the new owners luck in the future.Very nice people taking on a big responsibility.We will be back again next year.

It was a great sleepover ahead of a Mtn hike the next morning. Also, I locked myself out of the room and the mgr quickly printed a new passkey. Also, they offer Continental breakfast which was perfect before heading to the mtn.

The room doesn't really have a kitchen area...you use the bathroom sink.

the neighbourhood was really quiet, bed was huge and comfy, room was really clean, the owners were helpful and allowed us to check in at 1 am, breakfast options were good and enough for everyone.

the price to quality ratio is really good, no major issues

It was nice and clean, shower pressure was ok, did the job. Bed was comfy. Great price for having breakfast included as advertised

No breakfast or coffee When ask about breakfast time, the clerk said 7am. 9pm and still no coffee Checked out early

Updated room very clean don't know how the cabins are had a problem with the TV came right over immediately fix the problem very nice woman

The bed could of been a little softer breakfast could of been a little earlier but stay was very good

Private cabin with private driveway. Close to office/breakfast. Easy to find.

Our cabin was really close to a super highway on the other side of the fence and was very noisy. Some minor repairs are needed (screen on door).

It’s located in a nice little town with many restaurants and options around, was clean, and cozy. We stayed one night and it was worth it. I’m happy with the way everything turned out.

The location was conveniently right off the highway. It was quiet and peaceful. The price per night was reasonable.

The bathroom in our room was set up a little awkward but it was workable
