The room was big and comfy, wellness area was very nice, everything was clean.

We havent noticed that the restaurant is not open every day while booking, which was unpleasant surprise, since the closest restaurants are in the next town, about 5km away. If the restaurant was open, our stay would have been perfect.

The direct view of the mountain, the nicely renovated inside of the hotel, big plus for having an a la carte restaurant open.

Quite noisy in case cars pass by, we slept with window opened and there were a few insances during the night where we've been woken up by loud cars.

Grrat location, rooms, great service and wellness. Sauna with the small natural pool during colder dsys is something exceptional. Very good location to visit more of the lakes.

Great location, beautiful area. The room was very clean and comfortable. The wellness is fantastic with saunas, relaxing room and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after an active day in the mountains.

Clean apartments in modern style

Our stay was extremely disappointing, especially considering the high price of 1500 EUR for two families over two days. The main issues centered around the hotel's unfriendly attitude towards families with children. The wellness center's policy was particularly problematic. It's only open until 8 PM, making it virtually impossible for families with young children to use it - when kids are awake, we were told we shouldn't bring them (despite no official policy prohibiting children), and when they're asleep, it's closed. The staff's attitude was unacceptable. They made us feel unwelcome and treated us as an inconvenience. They seemed surprised by our dinner reservation, as if they weren't expecting or wanting families with children. We were twice reprimanded about noise levels - once at the wellness center and once during breakfast. It's unreasonable to expect 2-year-old children to eat as quietly as retired guests. The overall experience was highly negative. For the premium price we paid, the hostile attitude towards families was shocking. The staff's unwelcoming behavior and constant criticism made our stay extremely uncomfortable. We cannot recommend this hotel, especially to families with children. The discrepancy between the high price point and poor service quality is significant.
