We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and breakfast was included in the price. It was easy to locate and the parking was available with no additional fee. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was sufficient

We chose a double bed but upon arrival we were told that only single beds available. TV remote was missing batteries. Hair dryer was not working, but it did not cause us inconvenience as we had our own.

The afternoon check-in staff were very polite and considerate. The room was large, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom and the room were spotlessly clean. We had a Chinese buffet dinner there and it was very tasty, catering for all culinary needs. Breakfast was included in the price and was a good selection of tasty dishes.

The staff was super friendly, they took care that everything was clean and we had everything we need. Breakfast was okay, there were no Gluten Free options, perhaps if we asked in advanced it may had. At night, there is an all-you-can-eat buffet for a fair price. Also, the rooms had a balcony with a really nice view.

Breakfast could have a bit more options, but I guess it was fair for the price.

It's very easy to find in the city, room and bathroom were nice, restaurant right downstairs. Friendly staff on the front desk. Even tho it's pretty much on main road, it was quiet at night.

Room was pretty cold and heating wasn't working. We stayed just 1 night so we didn't try to solve it with staff tho.

It's a very neat environment and the room is also very clean but basic. No kettle in the room. Breakfast is basic. The hotel owns a Chinese restaurant where they serve buffet at lunch and dinner, I really enjoyed the lunch buffet and it's a good value for money.

My room is facing the main road ,so the first night I didn't get a good sleep.

The staff on duty (Sowan) was very helpful and approachable . The hotel is in very good location is accessible to everywhere around the town. Very good breakfast. I will visit again

Maybe an air conditioners in the rooms due to the current weather as it is a very hot weather season

Just a small detail, the one pot of ‘milk’ (not two), was not fresh! - to make a morning cuppa.

Staff exceeded expectations. When a local restaurant wouldn’t accept credit card, owner helped us get cash to pay the bill. Friendly and super helpful

Clean, nice rooms, good blinds/curtains that blocked out the noise from the road. Facilities good. Buffet Chinese dinner very nice and very reasonable price.

Convenient if visiting Lustenau. Staff is very friendly and warm.
