Everything was great, breakfast was really good and the time was great since I had my kids with me and they don't like to eat too early, breakfast until 10 was great we were usually there around 9. Since we stay a couple of days room service stop at our room to ask if we need more towels or if we need for them to get our trash out. Pool was clean my kids enjoyed every day in the afternoon.

The first time we pass the hotel because all the business in front of the hotel make it confusing to figure out where you need to go to get to the parking lot.

Room was very neat and tidy when we arrived. We really were only staying at the hotel to sleep and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom and shower were in great condition, the entire hotel still feels new.

Everything was fine.

We had an issue with bedding and all I did was ask the front desk and we got upgraded to another room due to the inconvenience. That room ended up fitting my family better. I will definitely return to this location.

Comfortable bed, quiet

Couch was beat up and so uncomfortable. We had our dog with us. $50.00 extra for our dog was way too much. $25.00 would be more reasonable. Our dog is a low shedding dog. I would like to know what your staff does to do extra cleaning. The property needs an update.

The breakfast staff did not keep up with demand. We had to wait for everything to be replenished. No juice/milk, no eggs, no biscuits for the gravy offered. When I requested items, staff was bothered. Many other guests were waiting also and the sad part was the dining room was nowhere near capacity. Another negative was the price!!! We were there on Labor Day weekend for a wedding. When I adjusted dates I realized the charge was 2x more for the holiday weekend. We only stayed 1 night but had there not been such an incredible markup we probably would have stayed a second night.

Continental breakfast, swimming pool, cleanliness, staff was incredible

We came for my Mother's funeral. It was nice not to have to worry about accommodations.

The amenities were great, beautiful room and the staff was friendly.

When we checked in, there was food in the mini fridge from the previous guests. When I went to take a shower, there were long black hairs in the shower. I know this all falls on their housekeeping, so other than that, it was perfect . Great breakfast by the way.

The elevator situation was creepy. One day only 1 was working, and then it would go up and down as u were trying get out. Then the next day the other was in service and was taking too long to let us out. I know they were working on it, but still creepy.

Such a great Hotel ,super clean ,great smell ,love the restroom they provide everything and they have good smelling shampoo & conditioner &so peaceful the beds are soo comfortable I slept like a baby definitely worth the pay I would be coming back best stay I've ever had great location as well ! Everything was so close by

Hampton Inn's always have comfortable mattresses & pillows, & a great breakfast. We enjoyed a huge room suite with a King bed, either because all the rooms/queen beds were in demand, so King suites were substituted, or else because it was our 37th Wedding Anniversary. The town is very interesting & fun, with German American restaurants, bakery, & influences.

Be sure to ask the hotel for instructions to get into the hotel/parking lot, before you arrive. We stayed 2 nights, & by the 2nd day we figured it out ourselves.
