Stayed 2 nights when visiting Munich. 10 min walk from train station, facilities nice/clean, adequate space, front desk staff pleasant and helpful. Private bathroom and shower ok, didn't buy breakfast but looked popular with other guests. Originally chose this hotel/location for price compared to Munich and when planning to also visit Schloss Herrenchiemsee (had to cancel that... ran out of time).

Not about the hotel itself but... on arrival late evening (11 pm due to train delays earlier that day), driver revving car engine and racing the car along street where we were walking to the hotel from the train station was not a good first impression of the area. Also note that trains to Rosenheim are at a far platform at Munich HBF... had to walk fast and fairly far to make connections a couple of times.

The position is perfect as it is in front of a mall and just a 5 minutes from the main Square, where it is possible to find many restaurants. The hotel also offers two free parking. The room was spacious and clean, but if the hotel is a little bit aged.

The breakfast needs to be improved. Windows have no shutters and the curtains are so thin, that a 5am sunlight filters through the curtains. Price/night is too expensive.

Lovely place, good location both close to the train station and city centre, very friendly stuff. I loved also different little details like "A to Z" description of hotel services, welcome bottle of water, welcome treat for my dog :) and other. Can definitely recommend this place for stay :)

Great rooms with comfy beds.

Our fault, but on the first stay we had a family room with four separate beds. This time we had a more expensive room, but our kids had to sleep on a sofa bed. We understand that the second time the family room wasn’t available, but we didn’t notice that while booking.

We were very happy with our accommodation here. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Location to restaurants was great, a 10/10 for this hotel 🏨 👌

our bath-shower was very difficult to climb in & out - my husband had difficulty. My son had a nice shower that I used instead of the bath-shower. a small shower would have been nicer the the tub.

The hotel is in a good location, the ladies on reception absolutely first rate, very friendly and extremely helpful, I was even able to put my motorcycle in a secure garage, I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will certainly be returning

A nice hotel, well placed for exploring Rosenheim - underground garage for storing our bicycles- very nice staff - excellent breakfast. We would happily stay here again.

Very kind staff, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, parking was fine. Breakfast was great, recommend the hotel. Rosenheim was nice.

The hotel was a bit warm, room a bit too warm. Slept ok with the sheets of the bed. This was in October.

Perfect location, at the city center of Rosenheim. I liked a breakfast with fresh pastries and cofee. Parking is free of charge.

The hotel would need some kind of renoveation.
