Comfy beds, room was good, had own kettle, tea options and complimentary water bottles, bathroom was spatious but nothing fancy. Breakfast was amazing, loads of options, good quality and buffet like. Check in and check out super smooth. Location is good, 2 blocks from central station and 15 minute walk from center. Also very quiet. Would stay again.

The breakfast was great and the hotel is very close to the center and the train station. Our room was quite large and had lots of storage! WiFi is very good. The receptionist was very nice. :-) +++++

Located within easy walking distance to Malmö Central Train Station and Malmö’s excellent dining scene. Ample street parking at very good rates and access to multi level parking facility. Spacious Dining Room with ample variety and quantity of Breakfast Foods. Rooms are basic in layout but spacious, clean, well appointed with comfortable beds, opening windows and very liveable. Check in & out was very easy and all Staff were professional, obliging and lovely to deal with.

Bathroom exhaust for steam removal could do with an upgrade but its performance is on par with that of Scandinavia.

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in close proximity to Central Station and the city center. The staff were kind and always ready to assist with any questions. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, including the bathroom. It had everything you need for a trip. The breakfast offered by the hotel was very nice, with a variety of delicious options for everyone (including vegetarians). An additional highlight was the availability of coffee and tea throughout the day, which was particularly enjoyable during our winter visit to Malmö, offering a comforting way to unwind after exploring the city.

The location of the hotel is excellent, 5-7 minutes walk from the Central Station (where you can also catch public trains) and from the FlixBus stop, the hotel is in the city center, close to the beach and the Tromso Tower. When booking, I asked for a room with a view of the city and the staff took my comment into account. But they may not take it into account if there are too many visitors. My room was already ready and I was able to check in at 11:30 am. The hotel offers a free luggage storage room. The breakfast was amazing, so many different food options. Also, in the restaurant you can always get free hot water, coffee and tea. Next time I visit the beautiful city of Malmo this is definitely the hotel I will be staying in.

1. There was no kettle in the room, I had to go down to the restaurant for hot water every time. It would be great if there was an electric kettle in each room. 2. Unfortunately, right in the chat with the hotel on Booking, I received a message from scammers that the hotel needs to check my card. They promised to charge a certain amount and return it immediately, but I ended up losing my $87. The staff reported that their site was hacked.

Excellent staff, lovely room (I had an upgrade that was so appreciated), excellent location (5min from the Central Station), excellent value for the money, excellent breakfast. The staff is always so helpful and kind. I often have to leave very early, but that is never a problem. You can get breakfast very very early in the morning, or they can fix a breakfast bag for you when you get back. If you don't have an electric kettle in the room, you can go down in the breakfast room and have coffee or tea 24h. The rooms are very big; 25 mq, and have big windows!

Everything! It's my 10th stay I think and it really feels like home. Staff extremely kind & helpful. Breakfast super and if you need (early departure or else) you can have it before 6.30. I usually go swimming so I leave at 5 a.m. the coffee is always ready and if I wish I can eat too. Actually coffee and tea is ALWAYS available 24/7. The position of the hotel is perfect, in 5 min you are in the Central Station and in 6 min you are at the central buss station. This position is also very quiet, not much traffic, night or day. Rooms are HUGE (25mq2) one the biggest hotel rooms in Malmö (and yes I have been in several other hotels!) I highly recommend Jörgen Kock. And of course I will be back :)

We loved the breakfast area, the customer service was top notch and they was super helpful. You can tell that the hotel is a little old, but it was still very comfortable to stay there ^^ Keep in mind that this is a green hotel, so they will not clean your room unless you ask for it or have a different agreement with them. But that was just fine for us, we only asked for room service once during out one week stay, and that was mostly to get the towels and such changed out. :) (also, they have ice, the ice machine is in the eating area) If you are not sure about the hotel yet, i would say, just go for it. We might only live once, and you don't need the fanciest hotels to have fun. what you need is the great customer service and vibe this hotel gives.

The over mattress on my bed was a bit dirty. I saw it by coincidence when adjusting the bed sheets. The over mattress was comfortable, but it could use a clean :) Beside that we have absolutely nothing negative to say.

* Location is great and 5 min walk from Mälmo Central Station. * Rooms were cleaned and spacious. * Wifi was great with coverage in all hotel. * Free Coffee is availble all day. * Staff is very friendly and helping.

* Early check-in is only possible with some extra costs which is quite high as compare to other hotel. * When you pay 100 euro per night, i think you expect a bit more. At least some free water bottles in your room in summer weather. * Not many options in breakfast if you are a vegiterian or looking for halal food. Menu gets repeated so you get boared if you are staying for long. * Tv in rooms are quite old with fewer channels. In todays time i would suggest to have atleast smart Tvs.

We stayed for only a single night but thanks to a room upgrade our stay was extra pleasant and comfortable (even though we could not really use the dining table with 6 chairs). Free coffee service, the very good breakfast, the location to the city centre (5 min to train station and 15 min to the old town) and the friendly staff really made a difference! Many thanks for that...

We had two TV's, (on in the living area, one in the bedroom) but both did not work really at the same time. As we only stayed for one night, it was not really an issue...
