Lovely staff, nice and cleaned room, lovely and clean bed spread. . Nicely presented breakfast, or tho there could be bit less of pork meat, but slightly more mixed and that would be well appreciated. One thing could do with mirror inside the room. Over all it's lovely hotel ,very close to the beach, great location with few minutes walk to the sea and all bars, restaurants and shoop.

No wifi in the room only corridor or reception. Just be carefull with taxi, I asked reception to book a taxi but the rate was 3x more than standard taxi which I called a day ago. I give a warning against Radio Taxi => it's burglar.

First thing is that the internet is not working in the rooms. second thing is that:- lift is stuck for almost 30 minutes. Me with my wife and 2 kids 8 year and 1 year old.....trying to go downstairs from second floor....we enter in the lift but after that lift didnt went to ground floor and is stuck in between the floor. We are in total panic. my both daughter crying....no fan in the lift....total mess.....we press emergency alarm but no one came first 10 minutes.....emergency calll in the lift not working......alarm sound in the lift only, which i can say only upto 25m hearable. i am total disappoint with the service. If staff knows the lift problem, why they dont put board there? why they dont close the lift. Staff is with no answers. We just left the Hotel...Do not recommend to others.

Location and breakfast was amazing.

Car park and swimming pool paid extra and we could not find information about this before booking payment was done. Hotel room price could be a little bit higher but that additional cost should be included in price. Elevator was broken and no one fix it for 3 days (this is how long we stayed so maybe longer).
