Staff are very friendly and helpful, speaking many languages. Rooms are spacious with a large washroom (with bathtub), lots of storage and everything is very clean. There's a good selection of fresh food at meal time, including fresh juices and lots of healthy options. The grounds are well maintained and the property offers many interesting places to walk through or lounge. Close to the city centre, several activities are offered at a reasonable additional price. Absolutely recommended for a relaxing, stress-free vacation.

Unfortunately, the covered swimming pool closes early and is a bit small relative to the size of the hotel. In the cooler months, this plays an important part of the experience.

Very welcoming, kind and helpful staff. They even helped me to get petrol for my car (which I needed to go to work) because there was no petrol available in Tunisia for a few days. Without their help I would be lost! The food was amazing and even though I don't eat meat or animal products I always found many different delicious options available. The entertainment was also terrific and the team was always in a good uplifting mood.

There was only one lift to go to the room, so if something needs urgent renovation it's the lift. The food was amazing, excellent quality and tasty but I missed more options regarding milky products. For example, plant-based milks are a great alternative to cow's milk. There are many kinds: Oat milk, almond milk, rice milk, soy milk, etc. They are tasty, environmentally friendly and respectful towards animals. And specially during this shortages when cow's milk is not available in Tunisia, one great alternative would be to add plant based milks to the menu. Other than that, everything was fantastic and I definitely recommend Bellevue Park without hesitation!

The staff at this hotel were exceptional (in particular Malek & Rached from the pool bar, Houcem in the Restaurant) - nothing was too much trouble & they made us feel at home! As a hotelier myself, I have high expectations & I was very happy with our stay. Large range of options for food for all meals (breakfast / lunch / dinner), added extras such as Pancakes at the pool bar mid-afternoon. Pool service was an added bonus but I feel like we were lucky with this as the hotel was at the start of the peak season. Hotel also has a private beach. Spa in the hotel was fabulous & reasonably priced.

Confusion over our booking. All inclusive no longer includes alcohol so worth clarifying your package with the hotel in advance. However this was soon resolved in a pleasant way.

Given it was Christmas season we had no expectation of the outdoor facilities and we are not spa people. So the 5star bit didn’t factor. The room was comfortable and clean but they didn’t need to give us one near the lifts as they weren’t near full occupancy. So chatter from other guests woke us in the mornings.

The only in house food is the full board at £22 each. But we only want an evening light meal as we tend to eat bigger during trips out. So we used the glovo app to order in what we wanted, which is a bit daft. In the restaurant the service speed for omelettes or grilled food at the main meals is slow and too school hallish.

**Wi-Fi**: The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was quite awful. If you're coming from outside of Tunisia, don't count on the hotel's Wi-Fi and be prepared to use your mobile data

This is a beautiful Hotel and deserves its 5 star rating. The food was of a high standard for all inclusive with a tremendous choice., but the staff are the best thing about the Hotel, all charming and very helpful. I highly recommend

There was a Pirate ship tour offered at the hotel which was a complete rip off and at least 10 couples demanded (and got) their money back. DO NOT BOOK this trip but use the Pirate ship in Kantoui

We have just returned from a short, amazing stay at Kantawi. I have to say the hotel was gorgeous, the staff was friendly and food was tasty. The entire staff was amazing. Thank you to lovely Rabiaa from the reception. Also, Ayda, Soso, and Nino from the entertainment team, who work hard to deliver great service to everyone. They are amazing! Our room was nice, the balcony was spacious, and the view was astonishing. Food was varied of hot meals, different salads, desserts, and delicious local fruit, which was good with enough choice to satisfy most tastes. The restaurant and bar staff were lovely and nice ( A big thanks to both Aymen). The beach is stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely come back. Thank you very much.

The indoor swimming pool should be warmer!

Absolutely amazing staff they are the saviour of this hotel, so helpful and can't do enough to help. Reception and terrace area were clean and inviting Bedrooms were spacious All inclusive element was good

Bathrooms in the room need updating. Shower over bath with a screen glued to the bath meaning there was a tiny space to try and get into the bath. They also flooded the floor when the shower was on. The pool and surrounding areas weren't clean
