Room - clean, very spacious and cozy. It's also in a quiet location. Having a small gym and a pool is a plus.

Location - though there are bus services to take you to/from St Philibert Metro station, they can be quite infrequent especially at evening times. But we realised later on the those with "R" in the bus numbers are actually bus on reservation - and you can reserve a pickup via the Ilevia app/website, especially when there are no buses in your preferred time. Breakfast - there are a lot of choices but hot food options don't change.

Staff spoken reasonably good English and appreciate I tried to speak French. Breakfast was a good selection and nice. Muffins were very nice! Pool was clean and enclosed, , outdoor area was great, large and neatly kept with bits to do for the kids outside Including a net for badminton, mini football nets, ping pong table and more. Parking was good. Shame the restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday evening. Over all a great place where ei would definitely go again.

Only that the bar and restaurant and food of any kind was closed on the Sunday.

As a first time stay at this hotel could not fault it , Friendly helpful staff , polite and Always accommodating to your needs, Even the atmosphere with other guests was friendly and relaxed, The food was lovely and well presented and the room was nice ,clean and fresh There was plenty of space and clean bedding,serviced daily shower and toilet were separate, even a safe In your room , the pool was lovely and clear, Nothing was ever a problem for the staff to feel fully refreshed and relaxed from the experience. excellent thank you 👌

Was nothing not to like Could not fault the hotel

The hotel is conveniently situated in a quiet location just a couple of minutes from the A25 motorway with free parking directly outside. The room was really large and comfortable, the bathroom was excellent, and we had a really good night's sleep. There was a wide choice at breakfast, and the check in was friendly and efficient.

I'm afraid the fruit salad at breakfast was "off", some of the fruit was overripe so it tasted bitter. I should have said something, I am sure they would have replaced it.

I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The room was clean + neatly made up upon my arrival. The bathroom was also clean. The breakfast was well prepared with a wide variety of choices. Used the gym + had what I needed to do my daily training.

The reception could have been friendlier; the service was professional but lacked compassion/friendliness. The gym room is really small (standard room size) and felt a bit hidden away/cramped at the end of the passage on the first floor. The lawns around the hotel could also be more presentable (better maintained)

The convenience, I travel from London often and I love stopping here after the eurotunnel.

I tried to get water after 11pm and the reception staff said they didn’t have any but also didn’t offer an alternative. Also google maps says there’s an EV charger on site, there isn’t.

Awesome. Family friendly too! We arrived with a 1 year old for a stopover before further travel. Check in took only 1 minute, the rooms were spacious, CLEAN and the bed was VERY comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection perfect, bacon eggs sausage croissants tea coffee fruit yogurt etc Would stay again no problem at all

Everything was great

This is our 2nd stay & the location is ideal for stopping before the Eurotunnel. The hotel bedrooms and communal areas are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is superb will many choices.

The only thing I can say that the exterior of the hotel looks a little tired.

Breakfast was very good. Having a swimmingpool was really an extra in the summer. Big rooms and we got also connecting rooms which was easy for us.

As we booked with booking.com, we couldn't get bonus points for this stay. They told that we could only have reward points if we are booking via IHG site.

Tipical Inn Hotel, I liked that I had a bath and good bad.

No vagatables on breakfast. I was neede an invoice but reception gave me invoice for turist tax only... It was wierd, that they do not understand what kind of invoice I need
