I really can't say enough positive things about this hotel. Pristine condition, in a quiet setting, very short stroll to a magnificent village with many excellent restaurants. Staff were friendly & most helpful. Comfortable bed with small kitchen & outside table. I will definitely be returning.

Not a lot of space .... restricted movements had to be made by both of us suggest single accomodation rating I very small table and 1 flimsy/Wonky table chair Bearing in mind the the above the additional price for the dog (Cocker Spaniel) €8.50 per night was thought excessive.

It is a very quiet little hotel nestled at the foot of the mountains. Very clean with lots of charm. The breakfast is pretty good (local products) and considering that it is a buffet, plenty to eat. The public parking is great with plethora of free spaces. Hikes start right off that same parking. Because the rooms have no A/C, I asked for a fan and the lady behind the counter provide me with one. Our room was spacious and quiet, away from the road. Good mattress. The bathroom was large and clean. Our room was acrually in an adjacent house (Maison Maïtena which allows us more independence).

No actual parking on the spot. The public parking is off the premises (a mere 30m away), but no monitoring. Breakfasts could have been included in the total price. The wi-fi was good but only last a few minutes. It needs constant reconnection.

Nice staff, helpful including recommendations for food. Spacious and well equipped apartment. Amazing location. Excellent value for money.

Parking is limited - there is good parking nearby, however a drop off point would be useful (we were staying with a baby and had a lot of stuff so had to use the disabled bay).

Stairs to our bedroom, I’m not sure if there were ground Floor bedrooms, I should have asked The Lady on reception was very pleasant and helpful and we were tired after our journey from Spain

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff on reception. Modern, airy room and excellent shower.

We were there for five nights. The towels were not changed until we asked, aftre three nights. This turned out to be an oversight by the cleaners - reception were very apologetic and gave us new towels immediately.

Location, very beautiful town and walks nearby. Close to St Juan de Luz.

The apartment was a bit small for two + dog, but it was enough. The price doesn't include cleaning service and there weren't any utensils for cleaning.

Welcoming ambiance (our acceptance enhanced perhaps as I wore an old Basque beret). Attractive road walks and splendid local restaurant. Fine breakfast

The immediate surroundings were unimpressive. Chairs not adequate for reading.

The rooms were comfortable and perfect for our family. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town. We were able to park our car right outside the door of our room. We only stayed for one night.

Check in being closed from 12-4 could be awkward for some people, but the owners are more than happy for you to leave your bags if you arrive before 12.
