I liked that the hotel had a variety of things we could do such as the pools, daily activities,game room and poolside tiki bar. I also liked the location of the hotel wasn’t to far from anything didn’t have to drive to many places everything was within walking distance.

There was nothing that I didn’t like everything fit to my standards and will be returning in the near future for sure for vacations and getaways!!!

This room was amazing! It was clean, super spacious and had everything we needed. The location was amazing-right across from pancake place and several places to eat. It was right on the beach/ board walk so that made it perfect! Staff was nice and pleasant and even got complimentary waters and a little bag of information when we arrived.

Parking was not the best. I loved that they gave a QR code to get in and out. That was great. But the elevator was not working so when we had to park several floors up we had to walk down several flights of stairs carrying heavy bags. So that was rough.

The location was good, the staff were friendly and took care of my concerns quickly.

I requested another mattress cover due to the one on the bed having small black things on it. They delivered new sheets along with the mattress cover but didn't offer to redo the bed. They could have at least offered to remake it.The fire alarm started beeping around 1am battery must be low and the iron cord was fraid (law suite) for someone.

We loved our Queen Plus Suite. Clean, great view on 14th floor. The location is perfect on the boardwalk. The Tiki bar was open & drinks were made perfect! The heating lamps were nice touch. The pools were clean, and the early part of the day, the adult pool wasn't crowded, so that is a plus. The jacuzzi is HOT! nice. The indoor pool was a little cooler than expected for 84 degrees. But it does warm up once you're in.The lobby wasn't overcrowded. The discounts come in handy.The staff is so friendly & welcoming.

The housekeeping kept forgetting items we requested and was slow. But there was a major event happening, so we understand. The room had a shared bathroom but did have a standing shower and then a separate tub. One toilet, though.for the price, we should have had two baths. We made it work. The heating system is loud. That's not good at night when trying to sleep. The beds aren't as comfortable as the ones at home, that's for sure! Wish the outdoor pools were warmer in the colder months that they opened. & the indoor kids pool isn't hot enough. We visited in April, so the weather was still 50's & sunny.

The location was great. We were there for the Shamrock Run and the hotel location was in the middle of everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We forgot a lot of our things at home and the staff helped make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. (I even had two Walmart and one Dicks order delivered to the hotel). Our room was clean and comfortable. The pools were fun for the kids. The laundry room was convenient, multiple laundry rooms throughout.

The no breakfast was a bummer, but the hotel location is across the street from a breakfast restaurant. Not overly crazy about the parking lot being at a different location, but the hotel does offer valet parking.

The room was absolutely beautiful and stocked so we could shop and cook ourselves or just bring home take out and relax. The hotel was convenient and I really loved that they had free laundry on every other floor so I didn't have to pack home dirty clothes. You have immediate beach access and food right across the street. All in all, we are hoping to stay again someday in the near future!

Only complaints are that the hotel had an elevator out during our whole stay. Being on the 16th floor we waited almost 20 minutes to get on at one point. Second issue was that the TV's in the room did not have any smart features. It would have been nice to be able to get netflix at the least to watch something other then basic cable.

Staff was super friendly, accommodating. The guest laundry was great The fire lit was awesome The rooms were amazingly quiet, never heard neighbors or anyone in the halls

The gym had 4/5 not properly functioning machines. The Peloton bikes did not work, the elliptical dod not work, the stepper/elliptical didn't work and thr one that did did not function properly. The weight training machines were all only for arms. No wipes to sanitize equipment were available. The wallpaper was peeling off. Our microwave went the 2nd day and we askes that someone come fix it. Never got fixed. The pools except doe the jacuzzi, were cold. The water pressure needs to be checked. I took two cool showers. Only one elevator out of 2 worked out entire stay. Getting our luggage down from the room and to our car was way too long due to multiple cars, luggage carts, and people all trying to get out at the same tome

I love how the room was like an apartment. It was nice and clean and right on the beach. Even though I didn't bring my kids this time It had a nice big playground that was located right on the beach in the back of the hotel by the boardwalk. Everything is in walking distance with lots of restaurants, Ice cream shops and pizza spots to eat. We will definitely be back next summer with the kids!

I booked the partial Ocean view and there was no view at all. Usually when I booked partial I can actually see the ocean but I couldn't at this hotel. I was on the 13th floor and you had to be hanging off the balcony just to see a piece of the ocean. I would suggest just getting a ocean view if you expect to see the ocean.

We liked the fact that we were given a number to text if we needed anything at all instead of calling a number which can be annoying at times. They responded very quickly to the text messages in a respectful manner. The staff were respectful to my child ( 14 years old). They pointed out the amenities that he was able to use and not able to use which was great, it took the guess work out for me and saved us from a meltdown. They were also very nice, and kept the hotel clean and rooms stocked.

There isn't anything bad.

LOVED the location, the 3 pools & the friendly helpful staff. Texting our requests is a game changer! The staff answered immediately and I felt like I had a team at my side 24/7, brilliant.

The way finding on our floor that was hanging was pointing in the wrong direction and other ones were missing completely. We asked for an ice bucket because the refrigerator wasn’t making ice and it took a lot of texts and requests to get it but we did on day 2. I could find signage on the pool stating the hours. The information page on the web says that the fitness center is on 17 but it’s actually on 2.
