Great location, great price, everything worked perfectly inside the cabin, the staff were friendly and helpful. The washing machines were fast and the pool was clean and lovely. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. The air conditioning helped cut through the humidity so it was very pleasant inside. I was able to connect to the wifi right away and speeds were fast.

If I had to pick something, the TV could be a bit bigger and the queen mattress was a bit soft in the middle so we were rolling into the middle during the night.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful, the park was kept really well, very clean and tidy. Very noticeable that the owners are proud of the park and care about patrons experience.

Instructions for using washer/dryer were not helpful. We’ve never used these facilities at a park before and we were unfortunately charged multiple times for one wash because we weren’t familiar with how they work. The washer kept charging the card on each ‘wave’. I had expected that the washer wouldn’t continue charging the card when it hadn’t been started.

We had a family of 6. Check in after hours was an absolute breeze! Staff are onto it and professional. The cabin we had was beautiful, clean, smelled nice, spacious room for our car and trailer, shower had great pressure and was free of mould, damage etc. unlike other discovery parks we have stayed at. So close to food places which made the end of a very long trip, amazing. Beautiful park and layout. Will definitely stay again!!

The recreation room really needs a good upgrade. I took my kids in there and the only thing that worked was the electronic arcade game thing which we needed coins for (I didn’t have coins on us) and the big connect 4. Pool table was unusable as it was after reception closed so we didn’t have access to the balls and cue, the punching arcade machine was out of order, the ping pong table had no balls or paddles. DP PA doesn’t have a jumping pillow ( I don’t think) if that’s what your kids favourite thing is (like mine… they survived though hahaha)☺️

Nice comfortable beds and nice rooms, not noisy

Informed staff that we were leaving on Thursday morning and not Friday morning . Thursday morning I dropped both sets of keys to the office and informed the staff in the office that we were leaving today and not Friday , they thanked me and took the keys . On Friday morning I received a call from your office asking me about the keys that I did not drop in to the office when I left that morning. I said not very good communication in your office as I had left on Thursday morning and I dropped the keys in that morning. Received a call back telling me that they had found the keys. Staff need to communicate with each other.

We couldn't rate the staff and location more highly, we were able to have our requests met and even received a call the day we left to let us know we had left something behind which the park kept for us to collect on our return journey - thank you :). The room though an older cabin was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed, a place to easily park our car and move things into the cabin. Even though it was a busier time of year our area was quiet, We will be happy to stay at this park again.

Honestly nothing really, it was a great overnight accommodation which gave us time to get organised for a long and exciting trip. Well done team.

The bed was just wonderful. I arrived very late so soon after I just sank into that devine mattress and did not wake until I left at the crack of dawn. The shower was amazing! Can't fault the cabin at all.

Only issue was the direction to the cabin. As it was dark we drove to where the cabin showed on the map but it was not it. Same number but different area. Other than that, no complaints and would happily recommend Discovery 👌

My kids loved the pool. The standards rooms had everything you needed for a couple of night stay. Air con was great on the 38 degree day.

The only tiny thing was the shower screen base in room 11 needed some sealant to stop water coming under it to the outside of the shower. Water only went onto tiles anyway but would just help keep the floor towel a bit drier.

Good bed, plenty of room, easy access and good parking outside room. secure property. We requested a particular room and that was accommdated by very helpful staff member who went out of her way to help us.

Shower curtain !!! Step up and over bath to access the shower. We knew of this but accepted it as part of the facility. An assistance rail in the toilet would be helpful.

Clean and modernish, enjoyed coffee making facilities and toaster. Bed comfortable and spare blanket meant I did not have to sweat under the quilt provided.

Outside table smokers ony my left and right scented my room to that of an ashtray. I closed the door but to no avail. The smell lingered for hours. Fortunately I bought some incense with me. Please consider segregating smokers (or non smokers) to the furtherest end of the complex. With 30 plus rooms in a row it should not be too difficult. Please respond to this, so I feel my concerns are actually being taken seriously. Thankyou.

Big room, 2 showers. TV was in a great position. You thought of every thing. Anything we forgot was there.

Parking was a bit weird. We were in a corner room, so no obvious parking spot. Not sure if numbered slots would help. One of the guests parked parallel to their unit just out side. This made it awkward for other guests to get in and out.(Not the parks fault)
