Perfectly located at the edge of the old city, in the middle of popular restaurants and shops. A mosque is just a minute away. It's also close to the main bus station and bus stops. The hotel boasts Moroccan design with beautiful decor that reflects the rich Moroccan heritage. The rooftop terrace is incredibly charming. The internet is excellent, with strong signals everywhere. The room was clean and equipped with air conditioning. The staff is fantastic, Anwar, who is a genuinely kind person. I had a delightful breakfast on the terrace, which was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will definitely return on my next visit.

The room was lovely with carefully chosen furniture and nice original features. The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice and dark and cool in the room at night. The two best things about the Riad Maison Aicha are: 1. The location. You are right on the edge of the Medina, so it is only a short walk to the Souk, Jemaa el-Fnaa, Jardin Majorelle, and other amazing places. It really feels like everything is right on your doorstep. 2. The staff. Anouar (I hope I spelled that right) is very welcoming and friendly and super polite and helpful. We had some nice discussions and he offered useful local knowledge and advice.

It would take very little work to give this place a bit of a freshen-up. The building is hundreds of years old so of course modernisation would be a shame, but it would be very easy to do little things like tightening up the taps which are loose on the sinks, a bit of plaster here and then, straightening up some wonky doors, etc. If you are a light sleeper like me, ear plugs are a must as although there is no noise from outside, the sound travels from the other rooms extremely easily.

The bed was big and comfortable and our host, Anouar was very helpful. He even showed us the way to a photocopy story because we needed something. Also the breakfast was big and kept us full until lunch. I'm happy there was an air conditioning also. Furthermore, very nice terrace.

The room was small, with dim light and even though we were expecting a balcony, we had view at the patio. It was ok tho.

Our host, Anouar, was absolutely amazing. So helpful and lovely to deal with. Breakfast was delicious and the roof terrace was beautiful. We had booked lots of trips before we arrived, but we would have been better letting our host help us with that! Location was great, about 15 minutes from the souks. A few lovely restaurants nearby too, and Anouar has brilliant recommendations.

The rooms are a little smaller than they appear online, but they are very clean and beds and towels were changed every day which was amazing! Sound travels very very easily in the property, which was no issue for us but might be if you're a very light sleeper.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Riyad Aicha in Marrakech, where my exceptional hosts, Anouar and Torya, made my experience truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, their hospitality was second to none. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and most importantly, felt like home. Their assistance and friendly nature really added a personal touch that set this guesthouse apart from other places I've stayed at. The accommodation itself was clean and cozy, and every detail was taken care of. Anouar and Torya's thoughtfulness was evident in every aspect of my stay, from the well-maintained rooms to their readiness to help with any questions or needs I had. Their warm and welcoming personalities made each day more enjoyable, and I found myself looking forward to our interactions. It was clear that their goal was to create an atmosphere where guests feel more like family than visitors, and they succeeded in doing so. In conclusion, if you're looking for a place to stay in Marrakeck where you feel valued and at home, look no further. Thank you, Anouar and Torya, for making my stay so special. I cannot recommend this guesthouse highly enough.

The hotel is in a good location, all attractions are within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious enough. The bathroom had a shower with warm water, the pressure was not strong, but it was possible to take a shower. Also, we were impressed with the breakfast, it was very good! I would like to say a special thanks to the staff, namely the young guy who met us perfectly, helped us, answered all the necessary questions, and quickly responded to our requests. Minor disadvantages: in the bathroom it would be great to fix the sink and faucet. Also, since this house is a Moroccan Riad, the room had very good audibility, if someone is talking or coming into the hotel at night, it can disturb your sleep. Overall, we were happy with our stay at this place!

First of all I would like to recognise the best job of Reda, the Riad's owner, he is so kind, friendly and cares about everything... every time he is available to answer questions about places, tours, taxi service, etc, and offers assistance if you need (to call any place for example). You can book a taxi and tour with him too. The Riad is in a strategic location, 1 and 2 blocks from 2 big/main streets (where are driving cars, that is important in the Medina if you have heavy luggage and want to get your Riad easily). The Riad is in the beginning of Medina (northwest), and close to Majorelle Garden (10-15' walking), Jemaa el Fna square and Koutoubia Mosque (10-15' walking). You can also get other attractions walking too, but you need 25' (Bahia or Badia Palace) or 45' (Menara Garden), and in summer time it is so hot (40ºC). The Square is crowded and so active after 19:00 hrs. The room is in a house (this is not a hotel) with 3 floors and top roof to rest, eat or drink something. The room is clean, with a bathroom and hot water, has furniture to keep your belongings, and has a fan... for me it was fine to sleep, because I spent all the time walking and visiting places. The Riad offers breakfast, it is very hearty (coffee/tea, 2 kind of bread, butther, marmalade, “amlou”, orange juice). You must know that the appearance of Medina is tidy and dirty, it seems unsafe, but it is really safe, I was walking until 23:00 without problems (from the square to the Riad), there are people walking in different directions. Thank you so much REDA.

Anwar is fantastic. I've extended and kept coming back and stayed multiple times after the first booking via booking.com Why? I think Anwar makes a huge difference. He's smiley and always asking if I need anything. He ensures clients are happy and it makes a huge difference. He even went out of the way multiple times to show me different Riads on the occasions I couldn't extend my stay because they were full! Otherwise I would have consistently stayed at this Riad! The terrace is BEAUTIFUL! I have spent hours sat there working on my laptop

The square is a little further away. This can also be a good thing as its a way from the chaos.

Everything was very good, when i arrived i was welcomed by Anouar and he offered some tea and we talked about marrakesh a little bit, very friendly guy! the breakfest was good and on time! the terrace was very good at night! they let me take the backpack later after the checkout. very good localization, 15 minutos to Jemaa el-Fnaa by feet and very close to main a road. i recommend!

The only thing who annoys me was to get the temperature right on the shower, but nothing too much.

-> the receptionist (i forgot his name) was so polite and nice, he make sure everything was okay with the room (i checked in quite late and have to leave early in the morning). He told me how much does it cost for taxi fare to make sure i‘m not being overcharged, really helpful! -> the room was clean and nice, it has hot shower which very needed during my stay (december)

-> its quite far from the souk and probably a bit scary if you’re out late at night
