Unfriendly, mostly Islamic Middle East clientele

The location is great and the room size is a little smaller compared to the 2 queen Beds. I missed the pool due to my busy schedule. The arrangement of breakfast was simply superb. Hotels should keep arrangements for Airport transfer with minibus.

The travel desk and the beds. Hardly any staff for offering any service. Late check in for even 1 hour extra was declined.

Staff were super friendly and always willing to help. They smiled and made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and homey. They made the experience better than expected.

Nothing. Maybe the fact that the hotel didnt have any spa facilities and the gym closed pretty early. (Should be 24 hours) The gym opening times were odd. Also I think the breakfast needed to be slightly more inclusive in terms of diversity,

The room was spacious with a large bathroom. The wifi worked perfectly every day. Location was excellent, only 5 minutes work to tbe beach and central to everything. The breakfast was good, but needs more tropical fruits provided. Nice roof top pool. The staff are very freindly and the room was cleaned every day.

The rooms are not sound proofed. The gym is quite small.

The bed was soft and the air condition was problematic in regards water/condensation built up in the room quite a lot. We were told not to open the balcony door which is ridiculous.

The location was good, and the breaky was good. The staff were polite and professional. The travel agent in the lobby was ok, we sorted the elephant and taxi from them

The bed was too small, you couldn't smoke on the balcony. The bond was 2000 baht. This needs to be put in the information payment, just for the traveller to be organised an prepared.

It was clean guys like really clean. And the staff were just outstanding. Like wow!!! Kind, generous, always ready to help and ready to give advice for sight seeing. Great people right up to the restaurant they were hospitable.

They forgot to pick me up from the airport and I was stranded for about 2 hours despite having paid for the pick up. Thankfully there were vendors at the airport that sold simcards and talk time. Otherwise I did not know how it would have turned out had said vendors not been there. They were very apologetic about this though. Also the pool and pool area is a tight fit bit it is a budget hotel. So do not anticipate a massive infinity pool.

Being charged an extra 100 Baht for a mark on my bedding which I could hardly determine from the photo produced. I have never ever been charged any extra at any hotel ever. At the previous hotel I stayed in during this trip there was blood on the bedding as I injured my knee and that hotel didn’t charge any extra. It felt like a cheap last minute extra way of getting money out me. I also thought the pool bar prices were high. 220 Baht for a large bottle of Singha wasn’t good value. A nearby restaurant was selling the same for 110 Baht!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Our last visit was November 2023. It’s amazing. The hotel is safe, clean and has really large comfortable beds. My main reason for staying here is the large walk in shower, it has a glass screen. (Most places in Thailand the shower water floods the bathroom floor). I will book this hotel every-time I come to Patong. It has a great location, just a short walk to the shopping centre, patong beach and bangla road. It’s also really near bangla road boxing stadium, patong boxing stadium and OTOP markets.

Everything was great, staff was helpfull, polite.

Only thing we arrived early. They charged us 2000 bth for this. And we got our room at 9am. Than they could offer also breakfast. Because 60 euro for is plenty. I got ants in my room. So they move me to different room and gave me plate of fruits. Also me and my son got food poisoning straight after breakfast. We both were vomit and had diarrhea for 3 days.
