There are many parking spaces available for hotel guests, which is very convenient, although there is no inside parking (garage). We were happy with the internet speed and connection, which was reliable throughout our stay. The room was nice, comfortable, and had a good bed, ensuring a restful sleep. The location is ideal for passing by visitors like us, with easy access to major routes. The breakfast was rich and of good quality, providing a great start to our day. The hotel is located outside of the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), making it easily accessible by car. Communication with the property was great, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

The room had an old LCD TV instead of a smart TV, which felt a bit outdated. The tap water was not good for drinking, which was a minor inconvenience. It could be very difficult to find public transport to Genova. Make sure you come by your own car.

I decided to stay in this hotel only because of the parking, I had a lot of luggage, and security was my priority. In fact I was very satisfied with everything so for me, it was perfect for one night away from noise and a lot of people In the morning, i took the ferry from genova Port, which took only 20 minutes driving from the hotel .

Very good breakfast and friendly helpful servers. Good range of choices including soya latte. Parking plentiful and secure. Vert good quality toiletries..

The 'superior' room was a bit tired. Some fittings like toilet roll holder was loose. Just one pair of slippers between two people and no dressing gowns. Receptionist on departure could have been more friendly, but we all have our off moments. We have already booked again for our return trip.

The location, Atmosphere and breakfast were perfect. The location is far from city center but it has easy access to city by many bus lines. You can enjoy it's quietness and it's green nature. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Slippers has been provided by staff by our request.

Slippers, Toothbrush and Toothpaste could be available but they weren't.

The hotel situated outside city center, close to green area and on the hill, so there were tranquil calm and quiet during the evenings, nights and mornings. Thanks to Jessica and Selena our breakfasts and “happy hours” were very pleasant and nice!

Super nice hotel on a perfect location if you don't want to stay in the city center. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a big free parking area next to the entrance which makes it easy to get to your room. We were on our way to take a cruise with MSC and it was an excellent place to stay the night before.

Hotel was pet friendly! It's an oasis in the middle of an industrial area of Genoa, with trees behind it and a lovely fountain and sitting area in the front. Lots of parking space. Room was large and very clean, bed very comfortable and the bathroom modern and spotless. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We arrived late and were pleased not to have to reserve for dinner (we arrived late). The restaurant and breakfast offerings were very good!

On our return journey the air conditioning in the rooms did not work - the fuse had tripped in both rooms. It was corrected quickly but required two trips down to reception

The breakfast at The Mercure Genoa was a standout feature of my stay. The quality, variety, and care put into made it enjoyable . Whether you’re a foodie or just someone who appreciates a good start to the day, this hotel’s breakfast is worth savoring.

Outstandingly friendly staff! Also, they spoke perfect English. A waiter at the restaurant was even fluent in several languages and extremely professional, what a fantastic job this man did! The beds were huge and very comfortable, the location is quiet and we slept like a baby. Parking is free and safe directly at the property with plenty of space. Breakfast excellent and lots of variety, the best we had in 3 weeks of Italy, including very good coffee.

Rooms especially bathroom a bit run down. Dinner food at the restaurant was not tasty, which was a bit disappointing, especially in contrast to the great breakfast. The restaurant is pet friendly which we didn’t like but that’s a personal point of view of course.

That hotel option when you realize that's what it's all about. Everything from parking, check-in to check-out is absolutely thought out for the client. It is conveniently located right at the entrance to the city. I would like to mention the hotel restaurant with a good choice of dishes and quite reasonable prices.
