The breakfast has changed in the past it was enjoyable, not so much now! **I had chose the wrong room, I wanted double king beds. I called back and changed my room and also had a confirmation email, the receptionist didn’t accommodate me. It should not have been a problem being that I was paying for what I wanted. She wasn’t friendly or helpful!!

Great location. The bed was so comfortable. Very clean and employees was friendly.

Comfortable bed, big room

Funny thing is, i enjoyed this so much more than my stay at the white house hotel on the coast. Why? Firstly the staff was nicer (bar guy over there was rude to us, but counter staff was also great) The price was nearly half as much and it was more comfortable overall. No walk in shower, but that's not an inconvenience because this one also had plenty of room and also included an optional non slip mat on the corner of the tub. Very comfortable beds, nice breakfast, presentation was great in my opinion, and of course the staff was plenty pleasant for my taste. I felt out of place at the white house. It was fancy sure, but the experience matters more than the looks. Other customers gave us dirty looks (at the white house) maybe because we're young, and i shouldn't have to deal with that no matter where i stay. Thank you hampton/hilton for giving me a great stay

The breakfast was phenomenal and so were the attendants who manned the food. They had plenty of space for us to sit in the dining area and enjoy while social distancing. The room was large and comfy and everything was extremely well cleaned.

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. This was our most successful stay of our MASSIVE driving trip.

The bed was comfy. Room spacious and clean. Facility was too. The breakfast attendant was nice and kept things stocked and clean.

When I called with a concern Connie wasn't helpful and hung up on me. The housekeeper at check out lied and said we smoked in the room. This is false. It never happened. I did use flat irons the morning of which caused a little smoke but it was clearly not tobacco or any other smokable device/substances while in the building. The pool wasn't in working condition.

I am so thankful to Rebecca and her staff for all their help. I was preparing for a wedding and the staff updated me anytime there was another available room. They w were patient with me when it came to modifications, which there were alot. The daytime and evening shift staff were beyond amazing!

That i had to leave. They made me feel like royalty

The front staff was super nice, the lady doing breakfast gave my son an ice cream because he kept telling her it was his birthday. Everyone was super friendly. We will definitely be back.

There is nothing negative I can say

Friendly staff, Clean, Great Breakfast.

Not much to complain about one of the side doors going out was broke and ice machine on third floor was broken.

Hotel in a safe location close to eating and shopping area. The rooms were clean and had plenty of tiles in bathroom.

Tub did not have a stopper to bath young children
