Hotel appearance is welcoming. Room felt very comfortable. The beds seemed extremely hard initially, but were actually very comfortable. Thankful to have access to a tub. Wonderful to have a pet friendly atmosphere.

The toilet was too low and grab bar would be more effective in a vertical position by the front side of the tub. Breakfast had many cold items. Coffee creamer consistence like glue. No indoor pool or hot tub.

The room was clean and comfortable, very spacious. The fitness center was OK. I traveled in the fall season, so I couldn't use the pool but it also looked great! It is Pet-friendly, which was a plus for my family! (there was a fee, but good to be able to travel with our furry ones)

The Fitness Center only had a pair of 40lb, 45lb, and 5lb, missing all in between those weights.

They had a working pool and workout room the bathrooms were so nice. The two workers who checked us in Friday evening around 7:30 were so friendly and informative

The last night of my stay there was this heavyset African American woman who had a bad attitude. I didn’t know that the pool was closed due to an approaching storm so I asked her if there was a specific key to unlock the pool and she rudely answered my question and asked if there was anything else I needed she didn’t have great customer service

My son and I loved swimming the pool and hot tub. The shower was amazing. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was yummy. Staff was polite. Pretty set up as you walked in.

I wish it had scrambled eggs. Room was great other than hearing the room above us. Their was some stains on the pull out bed mattress and sheets. Other than that it was good.

The room was clean. quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The lobby and hallways seemed well kept. The courtyard is pleasant. The location makes it easy to get around town.

A couple of small maintenance items needed attention in the bathroom, but nothing that caused problems. Turning on and off the highway can be challenging due to traffic.

Breakfast was horrible and I only say this because I saw the kitchen man use his bare hands to restock the sweets! Another down was, checkout was at 11 but I was woken up at 8ish am with bangs at the door(woke my kids up scared), only to ask if I’m checking out today! They should know. Then even when I said yes at 11 she came back two other times before 10am!

The staff at this location are amazing! Chauncey in particular went above and beyond for us! He was always helpful with a big smile and a positive attitude even when he was the only one working and very busy. He is an asset to your company and I hope he is considered when options for upward movement within the company become available. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Chauncey at the front desk! Dude was so awesome. I’ve never been treated with such hospitality from a hotel staff member in my life. The guy cares like he owns the place! He needs a raise AND a promotion! The hotel itself was surprisingly clean and nice. Pool was clean, hot tub was just barely warm but no big deal. Bed was comfortable and shower was VERY nice

The Room was exceptionally clean I was very impressed with how clean it was. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pool.

The breakfast could of been better. Needs more items and better upkeep of maintaining food left out. I wished the Coffee was refilled more.

The location was perfect. The room was clean. The employee that checked me in, Chauncey, was very helpful and friendly! This was a perfect pet friendly location for me and my dog.

I didn't like that the toilet did not have a lid, the seat was also not attached right or didn't fit properly. There was only shampoo and a bar soap (no conditioner or lotion) in the restroom. I'm not sure if that was an oversight.
