The Manager Khun A, always smiling ready to help; the concierges YOT and GUITAR, the lady who tidied up and left my room absolutely clean, PUI. In addition, the rooms are very large and comfortable, perfect air conditioning, satellite television, excellent Wi-Fi. Spacious bathrooms where everything works well. The hotel's two restaurants are very good, among the best in the area, and with reasonable prices, they also provide self-service to the rooms without a supplement. Very nice pool in the garden, Gym; etc. etc. Absolutely recommended

This hotel is great! The location is excellent: close to Patpong and Lumpini Park, and close to BTS and MRT, so getting around is easy. Staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotel feels quite old fashioned and it hasn’t changed a lot since my last visit 12 years ago, but I think this is a positive thing. The hotel is spotlessly clean and breakfast is good.

Maybe better lighting in the bedroom - a central ceiling light instead of 4 separate lamps, but that really is very minor!

The hotel is extraordinarily nice. I occupied a One-Bedroom Suite which has all comfort and the most spaciousness imaginable. I enjoyed my stay very much. I want to highlight the wonderful service. . Those with whom I had the most contact were the head of reception, Mrs. Ice, the director, Mr.K, the concierges, Mr. Tot and Mr. Guitar, and Mrs. Pui, who cleaned my room. Their kindness is truly extraordinary. I used their beautiful pool in the garden and the small but perfectly equipped gym so that I could do all my exercises. Although it is located on a small side street, it is a few meters from Silom Avenue, the commercial and financial center of Bangkok. A few meters away is the BTS station, the Silom Complex shopping center and a multitude of restaurants and shops. Everything worked perfectly and there is also a constant remodeling and renovation work in those aspects that are necessary. In addition, the hotel is very quiet, visited by many golf players. It does not seem to be in the center of the city but in an oasis because you do not hear any noise. Absolutely perfect.

This hotel is a fantastic gem in one of Bangkok's most interesting areas. This is my third stay there. Now I was on the top floor - 8, room 802 for 5 nights, and again everything was excellently maintained and comfortable. My previous stays made no difference. I even recommend the top floor because it is quite calm comfortable and much further from the street. I am very satisfied with the entire service and with the staff who take care of everything and are extremely helpful and efficient. In my opinion this is one of the best hotels in the city and that's why I chose it for third time and it did not disappoint me. The experience was excellent - calm and felt like home. A great convenience is a location in a central place, but the building is at quiet place, which allows for a full-fledged rest. Near to all famous things around .Five minutes walking to BTS Sky train . There are two stops which are a few minutes walking - Sala Daeng and Chong Nonsi. Also, a few minutes away is the Silom complex, where there is everything you can find in a department store, also branded boutiques, and last but not least, there are cafes, many restaurants and a pleasant atmosphere, and sometimes there is local food preparation on Ground floor. Ilom Serene is funcational , extremely clean and peaceful place where one can stay and be a tourist or just be lazy! I highly recommend this gem and I'm sure anyone would be happy with their stay. For sure I'll be back for a fourth time soon!

Great location in Silom - down a quiet street but close enough to transport links and a lively area. Staff were really efficient and friendly. Room was very spacious and, while bland, was nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Had all the facilities you would expect from a much more expensive place. Huge, comfortable bed, good WiFi and aircon, sitting area, nice lighting - was a quiet and relaxing space. Good bath and shower. Breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choice. Didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely. Would definitely stay again - very enjoyable.

A well-located hotel in a busy area (Silom) that had plenty of places to eat and lots of shops. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The decor may need some updating (matter of taste) but it was a great place to stay. The staff were super friendly. Even though the swimming pool was closed as they had construction work going on, it didn't make the stay any less comfortable.

Be prepared for some noise as it's in a busy neighbourhood. Also, the views aren't the best as it's in the city and there are a lot of tall buildings around.

The location could not be better, it is close to so much that I wanted to explore. The size of the room is way over the average and given the price, i found this to be an incredible value for money stay. Very happy with the hotel and would certainly like to stay again.

I loved the hotel and the facilities and i booked it because it has a gym but i would invest a bit on renovating your gym. It is good but needs attention. Breakfast also could be better, the coffee was not good I'm sorry. Perhaps getting a coffee machine with beans would be a great investment and make many customers happy. I saw this in another hotel in Thailand and so many good comments about the coffee so not a huge investment for the return you could get

This is a very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff . The location is ideal, with easy walk-able access to both MRT and BTS stations. The hotel staff were fanastic, we could leave our luggage and go and visit the town as we reached earlier than checkin time. It was the same for the last day, we could leave our luggage after checkout and come back to collect it just before going to the airport as our flight was late night. They even proposed us a free shower facilities to refresh ourselves before heading to the airport. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Bangkok. The breakfast was good and they had a good gym and pool facilities. We didn't get to use the pool. The gym was good enough to get few strength training workouts, the equipment's could be better with some maintenance.

This is the hotel we always use when we are in Bangkok. The staff is friendly, the rooms comfortable and big. The location is perfect for us : the market is opposite the hotel, the sky train a 10 minute walk, 7/11 almost next door. The hotel has a lovely pool, and is a nice quiet spot. Step outside the door and you are right in the middle of busy Silom.
