Breakfast was a voucher to the cafe next door. The servings were nicely sized and quite good. The room was clean, and comfortably sized for two of us. It was quite hot that day and the air conditioner was working

The air conditioner was quite high up on the wall near the ceiling, and we wanted to adjust the temp because it became too cold (a nice problem to have, lol) But there was no remote and the administrator at the desk shrugged and said she climbs up on the step stool to adjust. However, no step stool and I didn't like that my husband had to climb up on the sofa and stretch to try to reach the controls.

The location of this inn was perfect. We went to Shady Maple Restaurant, Green Dragon Market, Lancaster Outlets and this was a great middle point. The room was clean, very comfortable and had a little back porch. There was also a sitting area with a fire pit and chairs to gather around at night. Our Inn stay included credit toward a breakfast at a nice little coffee shop next door. Because it is right in a small town, we were able to walk for ice cream. Nice area out of the hustle and bustle, would definitely recommend.

Jan, in the office was friendly and professional. She also, was kind enough to print out directions for us to Sight & Sound. The room was clean and the firm bed was very comfortable. The breakfast place was wonderful. Our waitress smiled the whole time, making us feel welcome. I even purchased a pound of coffee. It was so good. I already rateed Country Squire Inn & Suites on facebook.

There was nothing for us to dislike. It is conviently located for shopping and meals.

From the quick easy check in and check out to the clean and well stocked room everything was great for a last minute overnight stay. The room was clean. Sufficient towels and equipped with fridge and microwave. The little couch was great so we didn’t have to just sit on the bed. The coupons for the breakfast next door were an added benefit. Would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area. Highly recommended!

Nothing was bad

It appeared to us that the facility is in the midst of being renovated. There was a large new TV. However we are not techy individuals therefore with the information available, had difficulty with channel selection or use. The young desk clerk attempted to guide us thru the process to no avale. The beds were very good but the bath was an OK. I wish we had been in a room with one of the renovated baths and I would have rated much higher. The provided coupon for breakfast was generous and excellent both in value and quality of food at the restaurant next door.

The loication of facility for our travel purpose. The restaurant, next door, "Coffee Co" was excellent and I will pay them a return visit.

Breakfast was great and the vouchers made it a great value. The room in the cottage was nice. It was quieter then expected being close to the road. The check-in was fast and easy. The steps up to the room were a bit narrow but it felt like staying at a friends house more then a hotel. It was a great experience.

Not much they could do to make it better. It was better then expected and there were no issues.

The location was great, the room was very clean and decorated very nicely. I loved having the option of having the screen door open. The breakfast voucher was very helpful and perfectly timed.

I would have liked to have had access to basic amenities somehow. Instead I called and he said it would take him 20 minutes to get there and sounded like it was a huge bother. So we had to drive 20 miles each way late at night when we just came in from the smelly horse auction and just wanted to jump right in the shower.

Check in was easy and person at desk was very hospitable. Parking was right outside the door to our room and we did not climb any steps. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower water pressure was good, and the towels were good quality.The TV was large and got a lot of channels. There was a microwave and frig. Breakfast at the nextdoor restaurant was very good and our voucher for $12 which was free with our room fee, covered our total breakfast cost (excluding tip).

I was a bit surprised but did not miss that our room had no in-room coffee maker and the only toiletries included was a small size bar of soap.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cafe next door, where we received breakfast vouchers, was adorable and delicious. Highly recommend!

It’s an older facility so the radiators clinked a little but no big deal. You could tell it was recently renovated, great upgrades!

We stay with you when ever we travel to shop for our store and we enjoy it there and the coffee and breakfast is wonderful at coffee co.

Our last visit was the first time we had a problem, The room was not clean as there was hair in the shower and food still in the fridge. We talked to the staff and they moved our room. We understand that mistakes happen and we will be staying with you again in a couple weeks when we come shopping again.
