This Hotel had a very nice welcoming vibe and all the staff were absolutely amazing! Nothing was too difficult for them and we felt very comfortable

The bathroom floor tiles were extremely slippery with the most tiny spray of water on them . I had a bit of a slip and so did my daughter.There was no shower curtain to prevent a spray of the water getting onto the tiles . The staircase to our room were very steep. … which didn’t bother me too much and I already knew about this when I made the booking.You had your take good care coming up and down. Fortunately the staff were very helpful in assisting taking our suitcases up them.

Excellent location in the center of the city, where all the activities are. The hotel is a crowded cafe restaurant with good food quality. The staff was friendly but their directions were needed to find the hotel check-in. Breakfast was not a buffet but served. The food quality was good and the people were friendly. The general areas were beautiful in 19th-20th century Paris style.

Everything was in the same room, including the toilet and the shower. The toilet was next to the window of the room. The single room was small. To go to your room, one had to go up the stairs for several floors, through narrow hallways. Not suitable for less mobile travelers, or travelers with more luggage or volume.

Fabulous location in town, with a very nice bar and restaurant below. The room was very spacious and perfectly comfortable. It was also well appointed with espresso and tea, a proper hair dryer, and even a small area to hang up clothes. Everything was pristinely clean. I would stay here again without hesitation.

I felt the price was just a tad too high. Also, I would not reduce the hotel rating for this, but if you are a light sleeper you should bring some ear plugs as the hotel overlooks a square with cafes and church bells. The hotel has done all it can with insulation, etc, to mitigate noise.

Good breakfast. Lovely and friendly staff. Large room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Good location. Nice coffee machine and enough space to relax in. Generous letting us leave our luggage. The cafe itself had great vibes and energy, we loved it.

Room was a bit tired with some poor details, and didn't look as updated as the pictures. Bathroom was separated from the room with a glass window connecting them. It isn't shared with anyone but means going out into a cold hallway and not locking yourself out. Shower was ok but could be updated.

Fantastic and very friendly staff. Nice room and good pressure in water for nice showers. Very nice breakfast. Central location and within walking distance to Orpheus theatre.

Very steep stairs to carry luggage that was full of theatre costumes. Very busy square outside the hotel that provides very good atmosphere if you don’t need to wake up early the next day.

The hotel is in the main square and on top of a restaurant. There are a lot of restaurants in the square, and also along the main street, shopping and eating without any problem. The room is newly renovated, everything is clean and new. Plenty of space to put luggage. Bed and pillow is very comfortable. When I found the coffee machine in the room, I feel like staying in a 5-star hotel! They own 2 restaurants, Cafe de Paris and Spicebrush de Proeverij. One is casual and one is fine dining. Both are extremely good. I will definitely try again.

The room is on top of a restaurant, so it will be a bit noisy at night, but luckily it was not till mid-night. I do have good sleep. Also, there is no lift, and the staircase is steep and long. Luckily the staff help me to carry my big suitcase, otherwise, I don't think I can manage.

I like almost everything, nice staff, good food, great location ( It located at the main shopping area of the town. Just 10 minutes walking distance to the Apeldoorn train station. If you want to go to the Het National Park De Hoge Veluwe, you can take number 108 bus at the bus terminal near the train station. This hotel had its’ own restaurant, it will open at Sunday and public holiday, the restaurant will open till 10:00 PM, this is convenient for travelers that come back late. I like the breakfast and the salads.

The staff is nice, they pick up the suitcase for me when I arrive. But because this hotel does not have an elevator, so if you really have leg problems or can't carry big suitcase downstairs by yourself, maybe you have to think carefully. (But I think the staff maybe willing to pick up and pick down the suitcase for you if you ask for help, because they are nice and helpful.)

All the staff that I met were friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size with plenty of space to store my stuff. The bathroom was modern and well fitted out. The shower was excellent! Decent tea/coffee making facilities. Great location, right in the centre.

There was an excessively powerful door closer on the bathroom door. The hotel is a bit of a maze of corridors and if there had been a fire, I probably would have died!

The location is really nice . The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food and they are organizing nice parties. So if you like quite place this is not a place for you. We really enjoyed the vibe of the place and also the people there.

A minus is the Acces of the rooms , the stairs . You need to have some fitness skills 😃.
