The property wad extremely clean and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a beachside suite which was amazing

We originally booked for 7 days but as we haven’t been to Morocco decided to reduce to 4 days.however when we tried to extend our stay they advised us the hotel was full but that certainly wasn’t the case !! We see quite happy to give up the beachside villa for an ordinary room but in no way was the hotel full. One other minor point there are numerous staff but the service is poor . They are not attentive and orders very slow to arrive

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the personnel were incredibly welcoming and always available, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel’s decoration is superb, blending modern Moroccan style with a French touch that creates a unique and beautiful atmosphere. The diversity of restaurants is fantastic, offering Spanish, Moroccan, and international cuisine that all tasted super good. The beach is clean and well-maintained with perfect accommodations for a relaxing day. I also highly recommend the spa, it was a truly wonderful experience. Overall, everything was exceptional, and I can't wait to return!

Amazing place to relax. Spacious rooms, nice pool area and very calm and beautiful beach. We really liked also the huge kids club that has very nice design. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff was excellent.

The restaurant service still can improve. We had two dinners in hotel and the quality of the meals was average. For 5 stars hotel and meal prices, we expected much better quality.

As soon I stepped to the hotel, their service begun and hatiam. The receptionist provided a great service throughout my four days whatever I need to have requested he was there. I think the Hotel represents him as a great customer service provided and I’m going back again just because he works there.

Everything there’s nothing to not dislike will be saying again

It was the most beautiful location, the breakfast selection was beyond words, the options were numerous, all different types of foods, beverages, as well as gluten free and dairy free options. Very impressive. As for the room and hotel itself, it was so clean, extremely well put together, the interior is gorgeous, the staff are so kind and the food was amazing.

A wonderful location in Morocco. The hotel is kind of like a family friendly Ibiza, with lots of relaxing activities to do and friendly service.

Water is free in the room, but if you order water with rooms service or water at the pool you get charged. Better to make it free for in house guests.

Pool and beach and the service.Idriss the manager was extremely taking care of our stay ,front desk team and the concierge are all helpful,shoutout to security gentleman at the entrance couldnt pick his name but really he is a truly welcoming person in moroccan style. The beach is accessible to outsiders, not feeling at my ease while outsiders play football and smoke weed in front of us..the only disadvantage

I’ve traveled all over the world for business and pleasure and this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The customer service was exceptional, the staff were beautiful and always smiling and welcoming, the breakfast buffet was divine and always delicious and fresh, the suite was always clean and amenities were updated.

The only single thing that was a bit off was the water in the shower did accumulate and didn’t drain fast enough. I guess guests clogged it with sea shells and sand. if this is taken care of it’ll be awesome.

an incredible location making it the ideal beach vacation spot, literally right in front of the water. All the staff is very nice and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as great as it could be. The suite bedroom in front of the beach is just absolutely magical, a beautiful room with the most incredible view. I strongly recommend it and will definitely be going again
