Couldn’t fault check in nor the room, direct parking out the front of the room. My daughter loved the pool. Food at the restraint was amazing, the roasted pumpkin mash devine. The shower pressure and temp control was highly appreciated after a 10 hour drive.

We could of contacted reception how ever we didn’t, the people next door didn’t seem to consider the others around them with noisey children in the room and running around the car park as they smoked out the front. We were also super tired and I am guessing the kids too were stuck in a car all day as well. So I am going with thin walls

It was lovely, clean and roomy, we had no neighbours so was very quiet. The shower had shampoo/conditioner all in one and a shower soap too, the sink has hand soap, they all smelt great! The pool was great and has a lip the whole way round the pool so if little ones go to deep they can hold onto the lip until you reach them. The parking is amazing!

The single beds weren't very comfortable pretty hard actually I woke with a very sore back. The mini fridge freezer had iced over so the fridge wasn't cold. Had to defrost it so the fridge would work.

The follow up that my accomadition was booked and ready , being a women , solo , and a senior thats so important. Close to a shop , good outside lighting so easy to see unit ,number parking bay .reception gentleman was so efficent and helpful., Motel area where i stayed ,neat a tidy and well maintained rooms large , and just so impressed with the ensuite clean ,bright .

That I was only staying 1 night I m not a fan of taking inside photos .

We stopped by the bar/bistro for a drink and dinner. The eye fillet steak was cooked to perfection plus we had a serve yourself selection of sides including, mashed potatoes, chips, vegetables and salad. It was excellent value. Our stay was a stop over on our way south so we opted for no onsite breakfast. Tea and coffee making facilities were adequate. Wine glasses were handy too. We thought it might be noisy being close to the main road but it was extremely quiet. We had a great night sleep. Staff were very friendly and check-in and check-out very smooth.

I had trouble getting consistent water temperature in the shower (just a minor issue overall)

It felt spacious and homely. It looked like it had had some renovations to the bathroom. It was very comfortable and the staff were lovely. The restaurant was closed being a Sunday night. I would definitely stay there again. Aldi is across the road which was very handy.

I’m sure in time they will do a few more renovations but overall I was very happy with everything and made to feel very welcome.

Not many accommodations locations provide a washer towel in the bathroom anymore. It may be a little thing, but it is an added extra when you don't want to use a hand towel to wash yourself in the shower.

Not much...but the fridge ice compartment was blocked up and the fridge door open when i got to the room. Took a while to cool down the temperature in the fridge.

Close to everything I needed. Staff were very friendly and obliging. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Rooms are larger than most motels I have stayed at in Rockhampton. Well worth the money. Laundry and restaurant on-site. Restaurant has good choice of meals. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. Always my go to accommodation when I'm in Rockhampton.

Location was perfect for our stay. We were able to find retail stores without having to travel too far from our accommodation. Will definitely be re-booking a room next time we travel to Rockhampton.

Cannot fault any aspect of the hotel. Staff, food, accomodation and location were all of high standard.

No stairs with spacious parking right in front of room. Loved the setting with spacious bathroom and toilet and privacy to the changing area. Spacious room. Location was quite central. Clean & tidy.

The beds and pillows were too soft

Excellent facilities in room kids enjoyed the pool after a long day driving and very comfortable beds so we slept in the next morning we woke up refreshed for another day of travelling will definately stay again in the future.
