The apartment and the place was fantastic with wonderful facilities. The lady at the desk was so lovely and helpful (Romana?).

The only thing was as we were staying 5 nights, we were told the apartment would be cleaned after night 3, however this wasn't done, and then were told always after night 4. We managed to get replacement towels though. If customers are staying different lengths of times may be worth being a bit more flexible with the cleaning visit or seeing when the customers prefer. And if you tell them something sticking with it. Wasn't a big deal though, we were just expecting a change in towels a day earlier. Also, no English TV channels apart from one news channel, but lots of German channels (not a massive deal either).

Very safe closed area with more activities for children and not only. Very nice swimming pool, delicious breakfast, helpful staff recommending where to go or what to see. We had a-bit larger apartments, so we were really satisfied with them.

We were there for three days - and the cleaning not belongs… so the couple times we had to clean the rooms floors by our own, because if there is even the slightest crumb on the ground, an ANTs immediately gathers. (and it's hard to avoid crumbs with children) True - maybe you can buy this service for an additional fee, we weren't interested.

The apartments are very cute. The beds are comfortable. Only the bunk beds are suitable only for children. The lower floor is small. The staff is great, the pool and garden are very nice. It is a nice hotel to stay as a family.

We were told that we could charge our car. However, when we got there, we saw that there was only one charging station and that one of the customers had left his car uncharged until the morning. It was quite difficult for us. They need to organize this well and make reservations.

Simple family style chalets with everything you need to self cater. The pool and other on site facilities are good. Lots of good staff about to help with any queries.

We liked everything but if we were to make a suggestion it would be to have a few more things for sale in the reception area - a few basics like swim nappies, paracetamol, sun cream etc. It’s a drive to the nearest shop if you’ve forgotten something.

The pool and honesty bar are fantastic! The staff are lovely and it’s close to Vada for getting essential items.

The pictures show modern apartments with gardens which look brilliant but they also have a selection of much older properties that are dated and I don’t think we would have booked if we knew that was what we were getting.

Absolutely excellent, all you could need in an apartment. The facilities are beautiful and superb swimming pool. Breakfast is amazing and the staff are all brilliant and so helpful. 100% recommend. Really easy to find and easy access to all roads. Brilliant for families.

Fantastic location: beautiful landscape and comfortable access to all destinations we were looking for (Firenze, Pisa, Bolgheri, Volterra etc.). Against the high-season in Italy the site did not seem to be crowded due to its large area. The pool was a perfect alternative to the sea which was in few minutes driving distance. We also liked the availability of services like the optional breakfast and self-service drink & food bar, bikes, self-service laundry, private terrace, playground for kids. It was our top family vacation so far, we will surely return.

We loved how friendly the staff was, how comfy the bed and room was & the fact that we were able to do our laundry with their self service washer and dryer!!!

Without a car its really hard to get into the nearby town to explore and a taxi is a bit difficult to get to go into the town.

The place was excellent & well-maintained. all staff we met were amiable & kind. The swimming pool was well maintained & very clean. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. receptionist was a very nice lady & friendly & professional. housekeeping was very friendly & did a great works.

Very nice and friendly people. Our daughter really enjoyed being able to move freely around the large grounds with other children and that there were plenty of play opportunities for her. We always had the feeling that she was safe. We enjoyed our stay very much.
