Room was nice. The Bathroom was very small...plastic toilet set was cracked. Great internet.
could not get the tv working correctly. The remote was slightly damaged and we had to manually turn on tv. The tv wanted us to scan for channels and we could not use remote to correct. We did not use the tv and just used the internet for the night.

Dog friendly. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Morning coffee was good, but I didn't try the rest of the breakfast. Reception staff was very friendly and professional. A couple of restaurants were right next door.
It was right next to I-40 and not super quiet but really not a problem, especially after dark.

They allow our 10 lb papillon... Red roof inn has always been good to me since I changed my favorite motel to Red roof inn. This location was very accommodating, clean, relaxing, provided everything I was looking for for an overnight stay.

Check in and check out was smooth and simple. We had zero issues with our stay at this hotel, which is hard to come by now days!
Room could have been a little cleaner. Greasy Hand prints on the table were very noticeable when first walking in.

It was a convenient location.
The handicap accessible room had a walk in shower, but no grab bars for the toilet and the toilet was very low to the ground.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk was awesome. He had everything ready. He was very friendly. Check out was efficient.
The bathroom could use some maintenance. Shower head needs tightened so it doesn't spray out above the nozzle.

They have a no smoking policy for the facility and you can tell - the rooms smell fresh. Overall, their rooms and the entire facility were very clean. Good features at the room for the rate. I just came back from a week-long trip in TN staying in budget rooms the whole time and this was my best room hands down.
Location wasn't super awesome but it's a budget room. You don't pay Hyatt rates, you don't get Hyatt location. I literally have no complaints about this facility.

Staff was very accommodating to us. As my wife is handicapped and we have children. Even they had no handicapped rooms they made sure to give us a room with a convenient easy access shower.
We didn't have a coffee pot for 2 days of our visit although they were notified as soon as we checked in.

The staff at the hotel is wonderful to me. Drew, the manager is always so kind and the rest of the staff always make me feel welcome and appreciated my business and frequent stays. I always get a great rate for my room when booking.
