Great breakfast and always stocked. Very nice and friendly front desk person in the mornings!

The hard bed. I have back and hip issues and I sleep in a recliner at home. A more comfortable chair that is sleepable would be great in the room or at least an option to pick a room with a sleepable chair like a recliner. I know there are many people that have a horrible back and hips think the same thing.

Love the breakfast. That is one of the reasons we like to stay at Hampton. The hotel, especially the room was very clean. Everyone was very pleasant and the hotel was within walking distance of several places to eat. Will be staying again next summer.

We experienced a slight problem with proving we had prepaid for our room. The person at the desk thought it may have been the fault of booking.com, but I don't know. But that was the only thing.

The front desk (man and woman) who helped me a lot with another Hampton Inn in the wrong city ( ordered by accident helped me - Watertown in VT is what I wanted and what popped up was Watertown SD. That’s not what I wanted!!

My husband and grandson raved about the breakfast. Since I'm not an early riser, they brought a few things to the room.

The beds could have been a little firmer for me, otherwise everything else was good. Also felt it was a little expensive, but then we don't travel a lot.

Right off the bat everyone was so friendly and professional. The facility was beautiful and well-kept. The breakfast offered so many options, all delicious!

trash cans in the room are very small, aren't very many. I was disappointed in the room selection I made as I thought it would be more of a suite/distinct room options, but turned out to be all within the one room (studio). It was fine - and it was clean, but did not match my expectations.

Bed was not really comfortable. I have arthritis so it can be hard to find a comfortable bed away from home.

I wish breakfast would have lasted longer - especially on a weekend. We did not have time to try breakfast.

I did not appreciate the price gouging because it was a busy weekend in Watertown.

Loved our stay, fiance & I came out to SD for the first time to check out the scenery. Couldn't of booked a better hotel. Room was beautiful and bed was comfy. Surrounding area was quite for being near a Wal-Mart . breakfast was hot and delicious and plenty of options. Would definitely stay again
