Location was great - a good stop off in our Via di Francesco. Breakfast includes was good and lots of choice. Marco (at the front desk) was fabulous and healthful and friendly - the hotel should be proud of employees like him.

It was an old building, but well maintained and still had some of the cachet of its former days.

Excellent location 10 minutes walk from the station and close to attractions and good restaurants. Great staff. Great attentive, friendly staff. Large room with firm bed, safe, good wifi. Breakfast very sweet, typical of Italy, but there are savory options. .

Problem Noise I had to use an earplug. on the corner that appears to be part of the hotel itself, (it has the same name), it is noisy until late and customers at the bar chat with laughter until late. The window even has good soundproofing, but it's not enough. In the hall in front of reception there were people talking until midnight. I believe it's just the weekend, as I slept on Friday and Saturday.

Fantastic location, kovely room - everything’s in the old side of things and that delivers a truckload of charm. Very good value for money - excellent bed - enjoyed the bath, too.

Downside was that, despite requests, wifi wasn’t working at all. Another minor drawback was the breakfast room / ballroom. A place that could have a lot of charm with a bit of effort, instead it was just dreary. Breakfast was very good, however.

Buffet style breakfast was really good with lots of varieties to choose from. Yoghourts, cheeses, cold meats, cereals, White and brown bread. Lots of fruits available. Coffee, teas and juices all available. Hotel is centrally located in the town with many restaurants, bistros, coffee bars nearby. We visited five/six during our weekend stay, and we will come again sometime in the future.

The best hotel and stuff in Rieti! Very welcoming and super nice, the location of the hotel amazing right at the Center and many restaurants and shops around, very helpful and kind!

The decor had lots of original detailing which was superb. Please do not change this. The room was superb. The air con was not working but the manager gave us a fan and a discount which was excellent

Nothing really

The hotel is located in one of the most spectacular places of the city. But what made out stay special is the staff of the hotel. Special thanks to Marco who helped us get the most of our trip to the city.

Breakfast room could have some low volume background music..for a warmer atmosphere, could have a bit more charm.

The hotel reception staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. The room was huge and airy with a great view. Easy to find and the perfect stop for our first night out of Rome on a road trip. We only wished we stayed longer than one night!

Nostalgic feeling, an old fashioned hotel, great and mindful staff, clean room and bathroom. Quiet.

All was great. Would have liked a third pillow (I sleep with 3!)
