Very friendly staff, good size room and bathroom, excellent breakfast, wide variety of food and different every day. Ski room came in handy for drying out the skis and ski shoes in the locker. Ski centers and thermal bath within 5km. The pub/restaurant across the road belongs to the same owners and you get a discount there as well. Overall a great experience!

The wellness room is not perfect, there's only 5 lounge chairs for the whole property, literally no hooks anywhere (there's one ladder-like stand thingy to be fully transparent) and Pols are too conservative to go to a sauna naked so expect them to come into the sauna wearing wet swimming suits and in some cases even flip flops lol

The hotel and staff are exceptional! The building and facilities are beautiful, the design has been well thought out, everything that's required is available! The staff go the extra mile to make your stay more enjoyable and pleasant. They even made us breakfast to go the night before as we were leaving very early in the morning.

Our only negative would be, to have more of a selection for children re breakfast (maybe a wider selection of cereals) warm pancakes or waffles 🥞.. We enjoyed the food though and the coffee and cake from 12-16:00 was a really lovely touch 😊

The breakfasts were delicious and varied, with something for everyone. We especially appreciated the availability of coffee and homemade cakes throughout the day – a fantastic idea! Additional advantages include a dedicated ski drying room for each room, the opportunity to play billiards, and access to a small spa. Hotel guests are also entitled to a 10% discount at a nearby tavern with the same name, where the food is excellent and reasonably priced for "mountain-style" dining.

Ratio between price and quality of accommodation was very good. Room was fine, breakfast was very good, opportunity for guests to take something little sweet with coffee untill 04.00 PM is lovely. Wellness seemed to be too little for the amount of guests, but that is only about timing. Moreover there was an offer to hire wellness privately for a reasonable rate per hour. I personally do appreciate the fact that most of the time I did not know about the staff of the hotel but when we needed some information there was no problem to get it.

Only 2 issues, which are not directly related to the accommodation itself: 1. The whole place is more for winter, with a lot of skiing opportunities, in the summer or autumn it is good to use it as the central point for trips to the surrounding areas. We knew about that, but if all the trips are finished sooner than expected, there is not that much to do (although it is usually the best time for wellness :)). 2. I wished we could stay longer.

It's new, looks nice, comfortable and in the area where you can enjoy the local village or go up in the mountains. I really want to compliment the breakfast, as it was really rich with lots of choices. Our 2 year old enjoyed the indoor and outdoor playgrounds. If possible, choose a room with balcony. We had a room without and we missed it a bit. The views are nice and it's easy to get to interesting places in the area.

Not really a complaint, but we met 2 receiptionists and one spoke fluent english and gave lots useful tips on what to do, the other was nice but spoke very little english. You should come with a car, otherwise it's difficult to get around (the village centre is 2km away). Funny, but the biggest issue were flies (just regular flies), because in our room they were few and we couldn't get rid of them, so they were rather annoying.

Breakfast had a really wiiiiide variety especially cold options not much options for hot items and also towards like the last hour not much of replenishing - thats what we observed.I also really appreciated the kids play area, my 3 year old loved it!On the other hand myself and husband enjoyed playing biliard :)

Very nice place, invested, all new or very well kept! The staff was very kind! The spa is not big, but clean and very pleasant. They have a biliard room where u can stay opened 24 h, and a nice children room! Breakfast good, diversified, local and international. The best what i liked - they are making very delicious homemade cakes!! We went for new year, and they organized a very nice surprise evening whit local band, roasted pork, drinks and cakes, all from their part! Congratulation for everything you are doing there! PS. I am not writing reviews in general, but for this location i must write one!!

Even there is a good restaurant 2 min walking(where u have discount), it was nice to have at least some option for some snacks.

The staff were kind, rooms were clean, and the views of the Tatra Mountains from the rooms were beautiful.

Hotel definitely needs window screens to be installed in the windows to prevent insects and flies coming into the rooms, especially in the breakfast room. Because there were no window screens, they were landing on the food. This really disgusted me (because flies transmit bacteria and disease). The mini fridges in the room did not do their task as all the drinks in them were warm.

Friendly and helpful staff: provided information we needed for the bus schedule and skiing lessons, gave us extra toiletries upon request. Cozy design of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, bathroom and shower fully functional and a comfortable bed. Hotel has a jacuzzi, 3 saunas and billiard which was a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. Great and hearty breakfast, wide selection of food. Would gladly come back again, one of the best hotels we stayed at.

Steam sauna did not work at the time of our stay. The other two saunas worked fine.

The hotel was very beautifully decorated for the new year celebration. We liked the jacuzzi and sauna. The ski bus station was very close.

For all the nights we stayed the room wasnt cleaned even once!
