The location was excellent for my plans, the place was clean and comfortable, the staff was very attentive, overall it was a good stay, I liked the room and all the appliances. Very recommended.

The shower kept changing the temperature from extreme hot to cold, I had to wait like 7 minutes with the water running at first to get hot water, after I got the temperature right suddenly it changed to cold again and had to wait another 2 min to get hot water again, so this wasn't that good, but after a few tries I could get the water on stable temperature. All the other things were great. Bring your earplugs for sleeping, the noise that comes from the halls is very perceptible and when phone rings you can hear it all, but it wasn't a big problem for me.

The location is excellent - is located in a quite area but close to restaurants, cafes , convenience stores, departmental stores, and Chapultepec Park/ Castle.Staff were very friendly. The room had micro oven, coffee maker, bar fridge, iron and iron board, safety locker. Overall, a good value for money.

It is really a nit picking. I would have liked an electric kettle and air conditioning. The room I stayed in was adequate for me as a solo traveller, but couples may find it bit tight.

The staff are very helpful and kind; I arrived a couple of hours earlier, exhausted and they helped me to a room that was available so that I could just rest; I appreciate it very much. The place is great, very good taste, immaculate clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable the TV has all the regular apps for entertainment and the Wifi y super fast. I will be definitely coming back on my next trip to Mexico City.

Nice, safe apartment hotel in a good location. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful & there to let you in 24/7. There are a number of good quality coffee shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Overall a good stay.

There is no lift to the rooms on the upper floors. The rooms were somewhat noisy, not well insulated. You could hear other guests in the hallway and their rooms.

Very nice and well-maintained property. I spent a very quiet night with no unwanted noises or smells. Flexibility for late check-in. Continuous follow-up by the property manager by e-mail. Highly recommendable.

No complaint whatsoever. Breakfast would be a nice-to-have, but I understand that this might imply a change in the business model.

The room was large enough and very clean, nice design.

No one spoke English at the reception, hard to communicate…. There was no room service, as I was only two nights it was not critical. Maybe one has to ask for (?)
