Really friendly staff, very kind to my little 4year old daughter. We liked the pool, which was too cold for me, but in warmer months would be ideal!! My daughter still went in and loved the children’s section. At first I was a little confused about the set up, the rooms are more like self contained apartments, with most amenities, but it still has a hotel vibe with reception, spar, restaurant and pool side service. I came to really like the layout, it is a perfect blend, you have your privacy, or if you want save a little money and cook, you can, or if you want to be more social, you have the bar and restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend

Nothing really! Though we did have a car, so the distance between the main town and hotel was a couple of minutes, if you didn’t have a car, walking back from town it is up a hill, but lots of people walked in and out of town, just depends on your fitness

We loved the resort. Everything was excellent. Our apartment was huge and so tastefully decorated. The pool area was spotless and the gardens very well maintained. The restaurant was lovely and did great lunches. The lovely owners, the sisters, were so helpful . Special thanks to Dario and Gabriella, two great members of staff who couldnt do enough for us. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay.

there isnt anything we didnt like. The only addition for me as a woman would have been a full length mirror that isnt part of the wardrobe as it was hard to see.

Absolutely amazing place. We really couldn't fault it. The apartment was clean, cosy, very well appointed and had a lot of space; more than normal holiday apartments of a similar price. The staff were so helpful and really supported us to organise airport transfers, which beaches to visit etc. Special mention to Francesca from the spa; I can honestly say that was the best facial and massage I've ever had. Worth every single penny! She's magic and a deal credit to the hotel. We loved Otranto and can't wait to visit again!

The dog was really annoying as he barked/approached people aggresively. It was the owners dog that lives on the other end of the property but follows the owner all over the premises. It was walking without leach, so freely around. I do not understand that at all as he sounded really aggressive barking to everyone in his neighborhood. I would suggest to put mosquito screens in the sleeping room so one can leave the windows open: this is fresh air and it saves energy of the airconditioning. There are a lot of mosquitos.

Very secure and good location. Underground gated carpark. Private and quiet area but close to center to walk to. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Lovely pool area with drinks service by pool and a very nice eating area with lunches and snacks. Very enjoyable stay where there was great attention to detail and all our needs were provided for. Spacious room with cooking facilities and fridge if required. Could not fault anything. We were staying in three different locations for three nights at a time and this was by far our favourite out of the three places we stayed. It was so relaxing and the beautiful Jasmin flowers that were trailed all around scented the whole area, so pretty. Would definitely stay there again if we return to Otranto.

Only one thing was the bed was a little uncomfortable.

The complex has a very relaxing vibe and is beautifully decorated. The pool was lovely and peaceful with comfortable loungers. There were not too many people around so it was quiet and there was always space to lie down. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Our terrace was in a lovely spot to catch the evening sun. The location was convenient - just a short 10 minute stroll to the old town of otranto.

The downstairs shower was a little small and dark and awkwardly positioned behind the toilet so we didn't use it but stuck to using the upstairs one instead. That wasn't a big issue though.

Lovely small family run hotel spacious rooms with everything you need. Pool and bar area were lovely with enough beds and parasols for everyone. Food very nice. Free laundry was a real bonus and the Spa and massage was excellent too marks on this service.

Nothing to dislike about the property or the owners and staff. Just unfortunate that during our stay there were a number of very noisy families with children.

We received a warm welcome on arrival and found the accommodation to be clean and spacious. Ideal for our needs. The pool was clean and well located. The adjacent gardens were perfect for relaxing in the autumn sunshine or taking a coffee from the cafe beside the pool. Covered parking was available. A gym was provided for more energetic visitors and Spa treatments were also available.

The accommodation was slightly away from the town and beaches but not a problem with a nice pathway to take us down to the town for evening meals or a swim on the main beach.

This is an exceptional property, beautifully designed with no expense spared in the styling, decor and landscaping. The pool area is particularly special with lovely planting, little waterfalls, beautiful tiles/mosaics etc. There is a gym with we did not avail of and they also serve breakfast, lunch and drinks by the pool which is a great addition. We also loved that the property whilst in a quiet and peaceful spot is at the same time only a 10 minute walk into Otranto town. Otranto is a gorgeous and most interesting town.

One of the nicest places I have ever stayed in! Fantastic attention to detail. The owner couldn't do enough for us and even picked us up from the train station. She gave great advice and recommendations on restaurants and places to go. The standard throughout the whole complex is very high from the rooms, cleanliness, food, the gardens, the pool, the staff... everything! The location is just on the outskirts of town but we walked to the centre and back every day. Would highly recommend this place.
