The staff here is truly exceptional! We will be returning! We loved the entire property! All the hotels were great and had something different to offer! Very family friendly but also plenty to do for adults! Again, major shout out to the staff! They were INCREDIBLE! Nikolina F&b director especially! Thank you!

Very good pool area especially for the little ones, large area they can trudge around on. Good food, both breakfast and dinner have a large selection to choose from and it is kept fresh. The area where the hotel is, is cozy with clean sea water and large shallow coast that are suitable for the little ones. Activities like movie-night at the beach is a big + . Very nice and helpful staff.

Some improvements can be made regarding the dinner service. There should be glasses at the juice machine and not just those that are laid out at the tables. You should have the coffee machine on during dinner and offer coffee. More frech fruits and greater electability. The hotel as a whole is fresh, but you get a bit disappointed by the older decor in the rooms and above all the older AC unit, which is quite a big minus as you cannot adjust the thermostat and the unit was on the verge of handling the capacity of a room with two adults and two children. It got hot at times.

Breakfast is nice. Sea was amazing. Gardens and coast side are cozy.

This hotel is a part of big hotel complex. There are many other Amadria hotels on the coast line which is more than 2km. Niko is one of them. Beaches are common use. The hotel permises are private only for hotel guests. Niko hotel has very old rooms. The rooms are too small for three beds. Bathrooms are very old and somehow looks dirty because they are outdated. There is no designated beach to the hotels. You can go to any beach freely and lay your towel. If you want to use sunbed you have to pay 10 euro . But there is no shower at the beaches. Parking is not free. 12 per day.I would say the value for money is low. At the end we paid 270 per day but for each day we have to pay additionally 10 euro for the sunbed and 12 parking. So this money is too high for this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel before 10 am, even though our check-in time, according to Booking, was at 3 pm. The staff was very friendly and helped us with our luggage, storing it for us. They provided us with towels and granted us access to the pool area. They even informed us that our room would be ready by 1 pm. Although there was an issue with our room, the reception manager explained the situation, provided us with a complimentary dinner, and promptly resolved the matter in a highly professional manner. We plan to return to this hotel, as the staff here were among the best we have ever encountered in all our travels.

Beautiful location near the beach and restaurants, great hotel for a holiday (though I was working). Self-contained holiday resort, but when we were there it didn't feel too busy. Great food and helpful staff.

I really missed having a kettle in my room, or any kind of tea/coffee making. Even though it's hot I still love to make my own tea in my room.... Also slightly weird balcony - I didn't realise I could move the bars across it for the first few days. Also be aware that the beach is a 5 min walk, not directly accessible from within the hotel, and also there are holiday chalets between the hotel and the beach.

Great accommodation with nice pool and very good breakfast. It is barrier-free but you need to take a longer way to get to the pool and breakfast hall. The staff is very helpful and service oriented. Especially Magdalena and Maja were very accomodating and made our stay very comfortable. A tiny thing but big impact of feeling well hosted: During our checkout we were asked if we have water for our drive back home. All in one we can definitelly recommend this accommodation.

We had a really wonderful experience. The location is perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to beaches and attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff are outstanding—friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The amenities, including the pool and on-site restaurant, were excellent. We especially loved the delicious food!

If you are looking for a amazing vacation in Croatia, this is the for sure the most perfect place. The entire place is very stunning and you will find something for every age group. Regarding hotel Niko, they exceeded our expectations. Before booking, we were thinking between hotel Niko and hotel Andrija, but in the last moment we decided for hotel Niko and didn't regret even one second. Everything from the check in to the check out was just perfect. As soon as we entered the hotel, the staff prepared a small welcoming gift for our daughter, which was super amazing. Apart from this, during our stay they made sure to surpise us with small gifts day over day to make our stay amazing. They just know how to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff is very welcoming and professional, sharing positive vibes all the time, but especially I need to highlight Kristina. Such a kind, polite, humble and honest person who welcomed us with a smile on her face and made sure to check on us all the time in case we need anything. The food in the Restaurant is undescribable tasty with a huge variety of dishes and I need to highlight chef Ismail who was sharing positive vibes all the time. Just a perfect vacation for us and we can't wait to be back!

The rooms could be a bit renovated, but everything is exceptional clean, which is the most important thing!

Both of the pools are refreshing and clean; the sea-water is great and the pine trees smell beautifully + they ensure the highly needed shade (there are parasols, as well). The staff is extremly friendly and kind, the boys that give you the towels deserve a special praise (there is a great method of exchanging vouchers for (beach/pool) towels), as well as the cleaning ladies.

The only thing that I disliked about the entire holiday is the price. It was my own mistake that I didn't book anything beside the room, but I hoped (due to a high price) that at least the breakfast would be included. I would also suggest to install a changing cabin somwhere near the pools.
