Bankhotel forever changed my standards for hotels. Now they are incredibly high. The service is extraordinary. Upon entering, we were met by an extremely pleasant concierge who gallantly led us to our room and told us the history of the hotel's founding. Everyone at the reception and in the restaurant is also very friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Features and criteria by which I chose were noise insulation (we have a small child), internet and own bathroom. In addition, I asked for a cot and a high chair and everything was prepared at the time of our settlement. Breakfast from 7 to 11 am in buffet format. Incredibly convenient. It is also possible to order from the menu. We will really remember this visit to Lviv and will recommend the hotel to our friends and colleagues.

There were no troubles, incidents, or misunderstandings. All conditions were clear from the moment of payment for the room to the small details of the hotel stay.

Very kind and professional staff, especially porter. Also we get very good sweets after check out. Perfect coffee in the room and comfortable pillows.

The bathroom was a little bit old, some of the details were dirty. I don’t like high ceilings so that’s why the room wasn’t cosy and a cold.

Great hotel, nice deco, stylish room, well equipped. Centrally located, all major sites within 10 - 15 min walk. Very polite staff.

Excellent and stylish modern renovation of a historical building. Good hotel standards. Well trained and helpful staff. Quite liked the breakfast in the main restaurant (well lit room with large windows). Nice breakfast menu selection in addition to the buffet, plus sparkling wine does add to the charm. There was a good roof top terrace wine bar, with a decent wine list (quite unlike for Lviv). All this sets apart Bankhotel from many (if not most) other hotels in Lviv.

Nothing much really. It would be nice to have some sparkling water in a room in addition to complimentary still water. Room services costs fixed price regardless of the value of the order.

What a great place - given all the stress of living with this terrible Russian aggression - the Ukrainian people have been so welcoming and professional. Glory to Ukraine.
