I don’t know what we liked best. The hosts are awesome and made us feel welcome from the first minute. The room is spacious, has a seating area, tv, balcony, WiFi and a Japanese toilet (which we loved) :D Bed is extremely cosy. They also have a free snack bar, tea bar, water dispenser, fridge. We used the washing machine on the 5th floor as well. The breakfast offers a good variety of Asian food and „western“ food like bagels & toast. Location couldn’t be better, right on Main Street but quiet, 7/11 straight across the street.

Favorite place I stayed in all of Taiwan. The location is excellent, close to the bus station and the pier, and we even got a nice sunny (partial) lake view from our room. The best part is the super friendly service, though. We were allowed to check in early, no questions asked, and were super well taken care of by the owner and her family. Definite recommendation.

Great location. Its distance is perfect from shuishe port, away from all the crowd and noisy busy street but still walkable distance. The hosts are amazing, accommodating bfast time earlier for our travels the next day. Their cute little station of free snacks/coffee/first aid kit/travel items are very thoughtful. The views are nice. Very cozy and clean place to live. Would 10/10 recommend. We would come back again :)

Location is very near to the bus stop coming from TaiChung. Opposite have 7-11 if you ever need any quick bites There also a bicycle rental shop directly beside it if you would to rent bicycle to go around Sun Moon Lake Host is extremely helpful, friendly and remembers you

I think there mosquito but not their fault, just nature thingy. I get severe bites from mosquito at both my leg

We had an amazing stay and this was the best accommodation we had in Taiwan so far. The accommodation is newly renovated, clean and spacious. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They prepared a delicious breakfast and provided us with tips. There is also a snack and coffee bar for free! Bonus: A cat called Puma who likes to be pet 😊

Clean rooms with a nice big window and a small balcony. Staffs are super helpful and kind. Location is convenient too (5min walk to the pier and tour bus stop). Would highly recommend!

Located in Shuishe Village, my family liked being on the quieter side of the lake with the ease of being the bus main hub. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. There was a roof patio that my daughter used to sunbathe in relative privacy. The room was very clean.

There were not enough plug outlets.

Fine breakfast and nice from the balcony (not of the lake). Location is quite good and best English speaking staff I encountered on my trip to Taiwan. Close to the bus station, boats and eating places. Room was quite large.

Nice cosy place that was tastefully decorated. Very clean. The owner was very friendly and approachable. The location is very good as it was about 5 min walk to the bus station. We also enjoy the simple breakfast provided.
