Breakfast was really nice and they were able to provide baguette, fruit, tea, coffee, jam and cornflakes for us (we're vegan, so no croissants, and we had to provide our own oat milk and vegan spread).

It would have been helpful to have a fridge in the room and maybe a kettle? I found the mattress really hard! The bells from the church next door rang very early in the morning, but I got used to it :)

We stayed here during a father and son roadtrip. The area is in a very old fashioned french town. The bar is used by many locals. The hotel is basic, but very good value. It felt like the floors were not level, but gave the room a very traditional feeling. The rooms are also basic, but again good value. We had a twin room. The breakfast was again basic, very different, but for the price good value.

Everything! From the minute we went in we were looked after. The dogs were made welcome and the local people were friendly. The owner was really nice and was very helpful. The food was exceptional and I ate one of the best pizzas I've ever had. We've already booked to return in a few months. It is a gem of a find in beautiful surroundings. Would highly recommend it.

Stefan and his team were excellent host's and made us very welcome. Great location for touring the area. We were 5 friends with motorcycles and had a great time. Food was good too. The village has so much history and is a great place to look around. Mark and the bikers.👍

A small, simple, unadorned family hotel in a peaceful, relaxed village (with a surprising, ancient monastic history and some buildings to match, although these are only partially accessible to visitors). The hotel is functional, friendly and straightforward, of a type that was typical in small French towns in a former age.

Gentleman stayed up and waited for us last minute after being delayed at dover. He also open the bar so we could have a drink after a long journey. Lady was friendly at breakfast quirky little hotel would recommend

A little basic but what we to expect so wasn't an issue at all

Great location in the centre of a small town that is not too far off the motorway..... I think its important to support these small places where possible rather than the corporate chains. We were not disappointed either, the owner was very welcoming and the room clean and bright with plenty of hot water in the shower.

Comfortable and well priced hotel . The staff are friendly and the food good value. A nice atmosphere in the Centre of an attractive village.

Hotel was basic, but clean and comfortable. Showers are a bit on the small side. Manager accommodated out VERY late arrivals
