Canakkale is a wonderful town/ a little bit windy / , full with people, but safe - many restaurants with yammy food, shopping places, historical sites, etc.. The best of Hotel Pelit is it's position - situated in the heart of the center of town, 100-200m from ferry , sea promenade with shops, restaurants, the Trojan Horse, the Clock-house of Canakkale and bazaars,etc.It's a family run hotel, owners are very kind and helpful.The hotel do not have its own parking- behind the hotel there is a big municipal parking place free of charge, but very crowded,Owners did their best to arrange us parking places,but it was a challenge.Rooms are quiet.Beds are very comfortable,bathroom is ok.Elevator on site, wi-fi very good, Brekfast is basic.

In fact double-bed rooms are very small - it was difficult even to settle our luggage and objects and go around them to get to the bed..:( Breakfast was simple and basic, there was no hot food, no pastries-burek or simit, only 2-3 pieces fried rolls served everyone,. Sorry to say, but Pictures on site Do not show real dimensions of rooms and breakfast included ! In fact if you are just going through town and stay one night - it's ok, but as we stayed 3 nights- it was a bit disappointing, also 3 days no one came to clean rooms-baths/ or even to take our waste matters from bathroom -it's not good :( Hope u will do yr best to improve things.

Right in the centre one block from the sea. The family who own the place are very friendly. The town is vibrant and we had a great couple of days.

They served instant coffee at breakfast time. Come on guys. Fix this. Parking is a free for all in the street behind the hotel where there is a free car park and on street parking that you have to pay for.. That's not the hotel owners' fault, but just be aware of you are coming here by car.

Our family had the pleasure of booking this hotel. Great location, right in the heart of the city, with access to all the attractions and the waterfront. We were impressed with the team who assisted us with checking in at a late hour, helped us with information on places to visit, location of sites and even helped us sort out a car problem. Very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place!

We are extremely pleased with our stay 2 times within a few days. The hotel has a great location, right in the centre, has parking. The team is great, extremely positive, gave us help, smiling, friendly and cordial! We are very satisfied with the service, breakfast, accommodation, location and everything. We highly recommend using the services of this hotel to enjoy a great experience!

The hotel is very cosy and clean, located 1 min walk from the main street of the city along the sea, but at the same time it's relatively quiet. Near you could find many places for dinner, coffee or a drink. The hosts were very welcoming, polite and helpful. The room was spacious, with good air conditioning, comfortable beds, and a clean bathroom. There is big free parking just at the back of the hotel. I will definitely recommend for staying in Canakkale.

The breakfast was very simple and not very satisfactory but to be honest for this price I won't make a problem with it. You also cannot enter the hotel directly from the parking and have to walk around the near street, but this is also not a big issue. As a recommendation for possible future upgrades, it would be great if you can enter the hotel right from the parking.

There is no way to park a car near hotel. Is a public square in proximity, but a great deal of luck is required to find a spot, or some payed parking places around

The location was great. Just a very short walk to the waterfront, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good, all staff friendly.

The room was small. Bed was a bit hard and could feel the springs. Hotel didn't take credit card (broken?).

Guy at reception was very nice and the location of this accomodation is amazing

Although it was placed in some small roads with no place to even stop and leave your luggage, the location is very close to the ferry, the Trojan Horse, the Clock-house of Canakkale and their bazaar.

Very poor breakfast. The drainage of the shower in one of the rooms was clogged.
