Breakfast was very nice, but if you plan to visit central Rome as early as possible to avoid crowds, breakfast is too late, starting at 8:00 am. The room was clean, the shower and TV unit were good, and the balcony was beautiful.

Dogs made noise sometimes at night, and some other guests at the flat were loud in the morning. It is not unbearable but just uncomfortable. It took 1 hour to get to the city centre, the bus stop was close. The kitchen has a microwave and fridge but a kettle would also be nice. Also, our towels did not change when we asked for housekeeping. This could be an issue for longer stays.

The breakfast options were great and they were quite extensive for an Italian breakfast! Very easy process of leaving the note 4 what you would like to eat and the time that you would like it delivered period you had a window to do so and meet things very efficient.

I think the most difficult thing was the location and I did not have a choice because I went on Business. It is on the outskirts of the city comma something I'm very used to working in various sections of Philadelphia and the outlying suburbs. Nice enough residential zone, but you will have to take the train into the center of the City.

It was a great location if you want to be outside the main center of Rome but still have easy access to drive into Rome. There was easy parking on the street, it is a nice little B&B with just a few rooms. It was easy to check in and out in a contactless manner. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

One room did have it's bathroom outside of the room but it was private with a key, just a little awkward. Breakfast was just vending machine options, I know it was implemented for covid but hard to keep quality with vending machine foods.

Great host with her kids made it seem like family operation.

Quaint little B&B in the Roman suburbs

Cleaning staff were nice, decent breakfast choose what you want & eat in the room 2nd cleaning lady was very helpful & friendly Supermarkets nearby, one is open till 12am. Express bus to Piazza Venezia.

Check in person was quite rough, not very helpful, gave limited information. Didnt take time to explain keys, doors, gate, or anything. After check in, the check in person didn't respond.

location is far by public transport, poor sound isolation (woken up by various sounds everyday), facilities are old, breakfast is sufficient but not tasty

The building and the area is ok, but very far from city center. The bed is comfortable. The host were helpful, giving me suggestions on whatsapp, that i appreciate a lot.

1.The distance from the city center (about 45min by bus) 2. The room has a poignant smell of mould. 3. The floors were not wiped/cleaned, not even when we arrived and not till we left, 4 nights after. 4. I put a wet towel in the shower to be changed, in the 2nd day and i found it back on hook..still wet...so no cleaning as i.ve read here, just the garbage taken. 5. The fresh breakfast is inexistent, same the "lounge" area. Is just a hollway with a vendor machine and 5€/day gift as a breakfast. 1€/water, 1.5€/ snickers, 1.3€/small croisaant..for ex. There is a small kitchen though, with fridge and microwave..if you need. 6. There is internet, but the amazon prime was not working..not even a music channel. 7. The shower is the extra small size, they could have renounce of the bidet and attach a portable one to the toilet, to be able to make the shower larger. 8. No shampoo and conditioner.

The bed was very comfortable.

The B&B knows how to make good pictures, reality is not so pretty. The "breakfast" is not like shown in the pictures at all, theres nothing fresh, no service at the room like they say in the description. You can get pre-packet sweets and coffee from a machine, that's the "breakfast". For entering you have to call the number, that's shown here, not the one on the sign at the house, it's wrong. My hairdryer was damaged, there was only on tiny towel and my douche gel bottle was empty. I talked to the housekeepers and they tried their best to fix everything they could, but it was clearly not what I expected from the beautiful pictures. I'm a bit disappointed. 6/10
