Good value and location. Well kept facility. I would stay here again.

I really, really, really, really hated the sales pitch at check in. NO MEANS NO! I almost had to get downright mean for them to just give me my keys and let me go to my room. The check in experience absolutely sucked. Get off a plane and spend 30 minutes with them trying to rope you into a time share pitch...

There was no breakfast. Would like it to be included in the tariff. The shuttle to Paris was very helpful and convenient. Kept the luggage with the box room (Concierge) in the premises for few hours after check out. The grand canyon tour arranged thru the hotel was good. In all, a good stay and experience.

The safe deposit money collected at check-in should be returned instantly upon checkout. Further, there was no evidence (evidence) on paper that this money was collected. The hotel has no business to hold it after the guest leaves the premises.

Room was huge, looked clean, great to have a washer and dryer

Floors were dirty, feet we're black getting into the rooms tub. They try to sell you on timeshares and after we told them to back off cause I was there for surgery, they continued to call our room phone which I finally unplugged and call my cell phone to harass us. We booked online and had no idea it was a time share place. Even called management and complained that they were waking me up when I should have been resting after my surgery and they still kept calling us.

Fabulous stay, the guys at the resort couldn't do enough for us. Super rooms with all the comforts of home and cool view of the strip. The free shuttle to the strip is very handy too it runs from 9am to 9.30pm or it's a 10-minute walk straight to the top of the road where you'll walk onto the strip at the Prada store.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The security is outstanding! The staff practically spoon feed you, they are so helpful kind and accommodating. There is no casinos on the property therefore no drunks or smoking. You actually feel safe sending your kid's to get ice, I typically never let the kid's out of my sight. The rooms are apartments, with full size appliances including a washer and dryer with laundry soap (my teenage grandchildren loved it). There is also a jacuzzi tub. While in Las Vegas I WILL FOREVER BE CHANGED BY MY STAY HERE, I WILL NEVER STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Having to sit through the time share sales pitch. I WAS PROMISED 90 MINUTES, IT WAS 3 HOURS. I WILL NOT DO IT AGAIN!!

Fabulous facilities, close enough to the strip. We stayed in a luxurious 2 bedroom suite/apartment furnished with everything you need. Entire fully equipped kitchen, laundry, lounge and dining room. Huge bathroom corner bath and separate shower in master suite and 2nd bathroom. Very impressive layout. Had the best sleep in the comfiest bed we'd slept in in a long time. It was one block away from the strip and resort has a shuttle to and from the centre.

Little "pushy" marketing their timeshare, which is great and worth it if you have time. Our trip was short and we ended up in a presentation room for over 2hrs, while our children waited. Heated pool was cold.

Great quality for the price I got for my dates. The room was clean and spacious, with more amenities than I expected. It was basically an apartment, not a hotel room. It was rather quiet too. The personnel is great -- very helpful and a pleasure to work with. There were other amenities (pools, etc.) that I didn't get to enjoy due to time constraints. Location is 5-10 taxi ride away from major POIs of the city.

The cafe is a bit on a both expensive and slow side. The convenience store is rather limited too, it had basics, but proper groceries needed to be bought elsewhere. Location is only borderline walkable. While it is possible to get to the strip or a monorail station in a 30-40min walk, it's not a very pleasant one (although pretty consistent with an average US city, and much better than some locations I've been to out there).

Very clean, modern, and family-friendly hotel. The staff is lovely. Cute little store on the main floor and coffee shop serving Starbucks, so you don't have to leave to get snacks and drinks. My one-bedroom was perfectly-sized and comfortable, although the furnishings were a bit dated stylistically, they were all in great condition. The kitchen was well-equipped and nice to have for drinks and food. The pool and hot tub area was lovely, with towels supplied outdoors. Parking was easy with a pass from reception.

This is a comfort hotel, but as someone who likes to stay in luxury, I thought it was great, especially given the price. As per other reviews, it is a timeshare hotel, so you will get asked to take part in a presentation for "additional gifts." I was polite and direct that I wasn't interested, but sort of begged because "that's how they make money." I didn't relent - I've given enough of my life to time share presentations!

Surprisingly the best hotel during our trip. No resort fees. Parking included and plenty of spaces available. 2 pools (family and adult only). Room was fantaistically large and clean (except for the worn out shower). The staff were very nice and helpful. We were lucky to be at the end of the corridor, so it was very quiet.

Not much. We were pleased. When you need to search for something: The windows do not open and the hotel is a bit out of the way (but we knew that). So cab (about 15 EUR to the Strip) or walk (about 20 minutes).

It has separate stations to have a good experience

They mention you won a gift card for dinner for family they mention a “gift” but never let you know it’s for some other reason why they will waist part of your vacation time. And in time of arrival get pulled to the side by some white lady and kick me out of some video presentation. She was very rude and went to tell some guy that I had to be kicked out. Worse experience ever in that part of my stay. Very rude from her and still expected to go the next day which I never agreed to.
