Really good value and very clean hotel. Plenty of towels available which can be a problem at hotels with a family of 4. The staff was friendly and the lobby had a variety of purchasable snacks and drinks. Several restaurants within walking distance. Short distance to the interstate so a great place to stop for travel. Breakfast was good. I loved the pool. It was empty and quiet and it didn't go super deep so I wasn't as worried about my little one in it.

I could hear the people walking around upstairs but I brought a loud fan thankfully and it drowned out the noise when it was time to sleep. I was hoping for the typical scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon for breakfast which they did not have. I did have a breakfast sandwich and a waffle and my family had bagels and cereal. The pool was quite small and if we had not had it to ourselves it would have been pretty cramped.

From the moment we walked in the hotel was so welcoming. The front staff was efficient and friendly. The reception area was nicely furnished and very clean. Our room was lovely and clean. The beds were so comfortable we slept great! Our room was close to the elevator and we were concerned at first that we’d hear noise from the elevator, but we didn’t hear a thing! The breakfast the next morning was great. Lots of choices, hot and cold, all delicious! Our compliments to all the staff for making their hotel a wonderful respite for weary travelers!

Breakfast was alright. Our room and bathroom were clean. The hotel was quiet (and it was quite busy). The evening (female) clerk was very friendly. Even helped to figure out how to turn the lights on in the breakfast area so our family could hang out and play cards.

We were on the interstate side of the hotel (I-71) and you could hear the traffic noise. Nothing that the hotel could help. If I stayed there again, I would ask for an even numbered room so we weren't by the interstate.

Excellent staff, always friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the TV so the manager found another room for us and took $$ off the room price. Bathroom very nice, liked the in-shower shampoo and soap dispensers.

the only thing I had a issue with was the tv/remote, it would go to shut off and when I hit the ok button to stop it it didn't work. not a big issue but that should be worked on

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Staff were all kind. I have nothing bad to say about this place or our stay here. I wish this Hotel could have been the one we stayed in at our vacation destination.

Staff were very courteous and quick to assist us with our needs. The place was very clean, and the breakfast both mornings that we stayed was fresh, good tasting, and well maintained.

Housekeeping never came to empty our trash or give us fresh towels.

Our room was so comfortable and so clean! We loved that we were welcomed with our name on our TV. The front desk very nice and made us feel welcome. Will definitely recommend and be back again!
