The place is very clean and there's plenty for the kids to enjoy themselves, especially if they love animals. It was not very crowded, rooms are large and well maintained, including a Dolce Gusto machine for coffee!

We were there for 5 nights. Most of the advertised activities were not available or there were no staff to refer to for them. Entertainment area was closed off, rodeo simulator was off, and there was no horseback riding. Could be because it was not the high season but it should be specified when these are available. There is also a nice bar within the pool, but for some strange reason it only sells Shisha, no drinks. Also choice of food from the restaurants is very limited, especially for kids, and especially during the week.

The Wind Mills Hydropark is an amazing place to stay, very peaceful with a lot of facilities to have fun. I’ve been in a couple of places but this one is the kind you wanna relax with your friends or family! You can can go fishing, swimming or go for a walk in the peaceful lake at the “resort”. There are many amenities include 6 pool that you can relax in. I would recommend it a 100 times! Thanks for everything Wind Mills Hydropark!

The environment and the attractions. Room was clean and very well organized. Balcony was stunning. The pool and water slides were amazing. Definitely coming back for those.

The only thing I did not enjoy was the food served. It needs a lot of improvement. Pizzas ordered by the pool were tasteless and seemed frozen. Definitely not worth the money. If they fix the food served, this place will become one of the best vacation spots near the capital of the country.

We liked the lake and the vibe at the water park, the park has 2 sliders. Clean rooms and nice view. Stuff were nice.

The shower overflowed on one of the rooms. The water on the pools was really cold though it was mid-August. One hitted pool could make a huge difference. Also no breakfast although it is pretty expensive compared to similar locations.

The staff was amazing. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Made us feel like VIPs :) pools, activities, food, accommodation were all more than we expected. It was also really clean. We stayed from a Monday until Wednesday so it was not very crowded, but enough people to have a fun vibe.

The place is amazing looking, has a lot of activities for family with Kids and the staff are super nice and hospitable That area is very beautiful and the place clearly had a lot of money invested in it - very luxurious looking resort

Rooms are very old, the first one we had smelled like mold and then we switched with the couple we traveled with. The staff said there is no available rooms. The restaurant's food is not very good and nowhere really to eat near by

The location is great and allows for a nice and quite night under the stars. Busy during the day with many pool guests but after 8pm, it changes. Plenty to do, with a great mini zoo.

Although we booked a room for 4, we got an overcharge for two children.

When staying at "The Wind Mills Hydropark", you can get access to all of the facilities inside the Hydropark before your check-in (your luggage will remain safe until its time to check-in) AND also on the day of the checkout. This effectively means that you can get a day and a half stay there without having to pay extra fees. When we go greeted, there were special compliments that were very appreciated, the staff was very friendly and the whole check-in process went very smooth. The rooms were amazing in design (in my humble opinion) and extremely clean! You also get some compliments in the fridge, as well as cable TV network. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, as well as the dinner we had in the restaurant. The restaurant staff was extremely helpful and left a great impression with us! While staying at the pool, there will always be a waitress around from which you can order various food and drinks directly to you. There is also a gorgeous park area that you can take a walk in, filled with interesting plants and even animals! Overall, you can get a pretty fulfilling experience here and I recommend it for a weekend!

Although the stay was great, here are the things that we didn't like: * The number given in our room for room service was not working, so we had to call the one provided in Booking app to order breakfast. This is not a major issue, and can easily be fixed by the staff. * We ordered pizzas while staying at the poolside, which unfortunately got canceled by a huge order amount and some sort of order "confusion" that happened. We were a bit disappointed by that, because it took a while to get to our food. Also, be prepared to spend. The place is not cheap by any means, and while this is a very personal judging, most people would probably find the place expensive.

The whole design of the hotel, it was perfect !

It can have an option of closing a room with buffet breakfast , it will increase the value of the hotel, because the option of the a la carte restaurant if you want to eat breakfast there, it doesn't have variety . And unfortunately it doesn't have anything around so you can go.

Beautiful place, helpful staff

Everything was exceptional but Needs to have kettle in the room especially for families with babies. Needs to upgrade on menu, too much meals with chips. Very far to the city and no restaurant nearby need a microwave or a shared kitchen.
